Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — cheating on luggage charges

Sir,

Regret to inform you that on 09/11/18, i had traveled in your reputed transportation at 10.00 pm from bangalore satellite station to kalpetta, kerala by your bus rajahamsa ka01-f8523 with my two other colleagues by carrying some extra bags. As usual the t. C & conductor came to us and asked to take an extra ticket for the luggage and they took from me rs 450/- and gone. Once i insist for ticket they provided only for 130/- rs. And i asked for the balance, the conductor rudely told me to go and complain to t. C, who was disappeared by that time by took my money.

They are cheating the passengers as well as government, please put a sticker in bus for the luggage fee and let conductor take that money only.

Or a frequent checker has to inspect in bus striclty other than the one who standing in station. Because he is the biggest culprit.
