Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — complaining about selling o[censored]nreserved seats

Dear sir below is my reserved ticket details,

Ksrtc bus : pnr :t75262879, journey date :24-feb-2019 23:55, trip code :1845bgkhyd, bus number :f 1142, depot :bagalkot, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.

I have travelled from raichur to hyderabad my seat number was w23, beside me for the passenger with seat number 24 ticket collector has charged extra amount over the ticket for him.
Outside the bus, in raichur bus stand tc was saying all seats are reserved nd was not allowing to any passenger to enter the bus..
