Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Kicked out from bus in the middle of journey from a Ambari sleeper to normal bus without prior notice or any problem in bus

Hi,

We are a family of 4 travelling from Chennai to Mysore night journey on 30th jan 2022 in a AMBAARI DREAM CLASS (AC SLEEPER) Bus No : f 4307. KSRTC Bus PNR: J86177513.

We were asked to move out from sleeper bus in Channapatna and shifted to another bus which is not a sleeper at 6 am.
I was in deep sleep with my husband, lil kid of 4 year and my mom as it was a night journey.

I am still travelling and filing my complaint, think how frustrating it is when you have booked all the tickets upfront that too in this Covid situation you were shifted somewhere else. What a shame they didn't even see the lil kid or my mother who can't travel in bus comfortably, she was stumbling in mid sleep.

Being a common person don't we have the right to travel peacefully with all the tickets booked properly and following all rules. Yet we are put in this bizzare situation.

Me and my husband both are working professionals and it is a monday morning without proper sleep and bad mood we have to start our day. We thought our KSRTC will take care o[censored]s during our travel and slept peacefully but who knew we will land in this situation. We respect our country and karnataka much more than anything but these situations makes us feel are we not having the right to have a peaceful travel?

I am feeling really bad because we were supposed to travel by our car, but changed plan so that ee can have sleep while traveling. This was unexpected and unacceptable!
