Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — ksrtc online refund transaction failed, refund not received | |||
I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking website and the transaction got failed but the money got deducted from bank account. I tried to book ticket from soraba to bengaluru. Date of booking is 06/10/2019. The amount deducted is 277. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department by email but till now no refund is processed. It's been more than 8 days.
