Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — money deducted but ticket not booked, and there is no response from their side

I tried to book a ticket from bengaluru to hyderabad. I paid through phone. After the payment i got transaction successful message but ticket is not booked. Money got deducted. I already complained about this yesterday afternoon. Till now i haven't got a single message from their side regarding this.
