Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — non-cooperation and false information

My mother has BP and Sugar too. My mother was travelling from Mangalore to Bangalore from Mangalore Depot at 10pm at April 7th 2018, in non-AC sleeper, the conductors name is Avinash (ph: [protected]). The bus was not operational at 4am as it had technical issues near to KushalNagar. My mother was asked to board a volvo KSRTC by the conductor, she forgot her pursue in the damaged bus which had the ticket and mobile phone. The volvo conductor was not ready to take my mother further as he asked for the ticket, He dropped her in middle of nowhere even if she pleaded that she would give him the money once she reaches Bangalore. In the middle of night she traveled back to kushalnagar and met the KSRTC-TC of KUSHALNAGAR. He refused to help her even though he could have checked the logs for bookings and helped her. Then my mother asked money around in station and one angel MR. Razaaq agreed to help, and lended her 300 rupees and she ended up in bangalore.
When she didnt reach on time I contacted the conductor and then the TC of kushalnagar (ph:[protected]) . The TC said she met me and I asked her to aboard a bus. The TC said lies that he helped her and she deliberated got down from the Volvo bus but instead she was forced and He didnt help her. He kept lying to me saying she got in some red bus infact she had no money and It was KSRTC TC responsibility. The customer care was not useful too when i spoke to them.
The following are the key points which are unacceptable;
1. First why did the bus leave mangalore when they know its condition was bad and risk damage.
2. Why did the conductor not check when he knew its a single women travelling.
3. Why did the volvo bus driver made her get down in middle of nowhere in middle of night in a Ghat section if anything had happened would he be responsible.
4. The most important if the TC of duty that day at 5am at April 8th, 2018 in KushalNagar who has authority and ignored her help didnt even investigate, and kept lying.

I hope no one else has to go through this.My mother is educated she managed to get help and came back to our home. If anything would have happened i would have filed a court case.
