Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — refund issues on ksrtc ticket booking

I booked two tickets on 15 april 2020. But due to knockdown tickets has been cancelled. But money is not refund to my account. I raised complaint. Solve this issue as soon as possible. I will mention pnr below.
