Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — regarding bus timing from mangalore to bhatkal

I am daniyal hassan from bhatkal, karnataka, this complaint is not only from me, it is from many students and families, who comes here for colleges, treatment etc...
The bus timing of 12:15 pm from mangalore not available
Some time bus timing of 3:15 pm arrives at 4:15pm and many more
If i ask to conductor of drivers they just say complaint to ksrtc
We are student's we won't get time to visit offices to complaints.
So i request you, please solve this problem
