I have booked 1 ticket in ksrtc non achi sleeper from mysore to mangalore on 10_-04-2021i had received confirmation of booking
Bus details:KSRTC Bus PNR: J84160112, DOJ: 10-Apr-2021 22:40, 2244MYSCDP, Bus
But i received a cancellation message at 6:55pm
Message:Service cancellation alert: KSRTC regrets to inform you that for Journey Date: 10-Apr-2021 22:44 TripCode: 2244MYSCDP with PNR: J84160112 is cancelled. Inconvenience regretted.
So i booked a ticket in a private bus for the same timings (10:40pm)
At 9:42 pm I have received one more message for re introduced as
Service Re-introduction alert: KSRTC informs you that service with JourneyDate: 10-Apr-2021 22:44 Trip code 2244MYSCDP with PNR: J84160112 is re-introduced and available for operation.
But i had already booked in private which was non cancellable at that time so i went to ksrtc sub urban busstand to enquire this but there were no one to respond so i travelled through the private bus which I was booked
Now I lost my 500 rs of ticket cost due to ksrtc
I request to give me the compensation on this
Please 500 rs means lot to me it's my wage for hardworking please help me on this without my mistake I can't afford it. Please help me 🙏
