I have booked a ladies seat but the crew made one men to sit beside to me. Either dont give that option or provide correct facilities. Really this is very ridiculous. Ksrtc bus number KA 63 F 0011 date 41/6/2018. They take money for ticket but they won't give ticket if ask for ticket they tell bus is rush.. This that... This is not first time many time it has happened. So take any action. I wish this not happen again.
