Travel from Gadag to Hubli by bus no. KA42 F1531 on[protected] at 6 PM. For senior Citizen Concession the conductor refused to accept my original driving licence as age proof and insisted that only Adhaar card and voter id are acceptable. With great difficulty I could get the concession. I request you to please educate the conductors suitability with regard to concessions.
