I booked 5 tickets from bangalore to hampi bus no. 2345 BNGYLB on 29.06.2017 at approx. 10:30 pm. But I have not received any confirmation(not even PNR) after the completion of transaction of Rs. 1650 from my account. Your toll free number is not working as well. I am now stuck.
