Dear Sir,

I had booked my ticket thru online journey Dt-12th Sept 2016 from Bangalore to Coimbatore AC sleeper bearing PNR No-J60669227, Trip Code-2150BNGCBT total fare Rs.744.00. The journey was cancelled by the KSRTC due to cauvery issue and all the buses plying to tamilnadu was cancelled and I got a message that the bus is cancelled and I could not travel on the above said date. But to my surprise till date I have not received refund to my account.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
