Requesting to Cancel my Booking at Karrm Infrastructure Shahapur, Booking No. NBK-022131.

Still no possession had been given though registration of the flat is done, bu now i am jobless since Covid & not able to make payment of EMI.

This is my humble request you to please look into this & cancel my booking & refund the amount.

मी 2016 मध्ये शहापूर साईट वर फ्लॅट बुक केला होता त्याचे 2018 पर्यंत own funds payment घेतले गेले.त्यांनतर मार्च 2018 मध्ये उपलब्ध नसलेल्या फ्लॅट चे रजिस्ट्रेशन करून घेतले आणि तद्नंतर आजपर्यंत कोणत्याही प्रकारचे काम सुरू नाही.हा संपूर्ण प्रोजेक्ट बंद पडला आहे. कंपनी चे कॉन्टॅक्ट नंबर व पत्ते खोटे आहेत. माझे Registration cancel करण्यासाठी अनेक प्रयत्न केले पण karram चे एकही डायरेक्टर उपलब्ध नाही...तरी या माध्यमातून कोणी उपलब्ध असेल तर पुढील कार्यवाही करावी...माझे पैसे refund करावे

I have booked two flats at karram brahmand project at safale location in 2017 but from last 5 year there is no longer development and company is also close there office address which given on website all contacts no.s also closed...we are very poor people who are daily wages working...so kindly help us to get our money refunded...my name is Mahesh Ashok kakade mobile no is [protected]

Flat booked on karram panchtatva phase 1 sector 1on 14th May 2016. After 6 yrs also there is no sight of possession. quite bad service and no clarity. No customer care, no phone number working, offices closed. visited all three office places but not a single is operational. we have been made to take loan from Aspire home finance and builder supposed to pay the amount we are paying through EMI. But due to non-payment, our CIBIL has gone down and we are debarred from getting any further housing loan.
can u help to close/cancel this deal and return my amount already paid and close the home loan account going on with aspire home finance.
i want to cancel my booking and refund my amount paid for almost 3 yrs.

Can you please let us know what is the status of the project at kelve. What about the money already given for the property. Can we know if the project is due to be completed, since it's well past the year 2020.

I Piyush Jayantilal Parmar Had cancelled the flat booked in Karrm Brahmaand, Kelve Road Plan & had received the assurity of repayment from the company on company letter head for cancellation refund amt. from March 2020 onwards but till date no action has been taken by the company

This is with reference to our booking no KBN 001478 and KBN 001485 for Karrm Brahmmand site.

After booking the property in April 2017 and paying for EMIs and subsequent request from my side for entering into an agreement has not resulted in any positive move from your side.
It's now a long time and we have decided to cancel our booking. Consider this email as a formal request for cancellation.
We also visited your office at Kasarvadabli but it was closed a couple of months ago.

Now kindly cancel our booking and refund the money paid to you.
I am sure you shall pay prevailing bank interest also as per rules and guidelines of authorities.
Requesting you to please arrange for a refund asap as due to lockdown we are in dire need of money.l

We had booked a flat in Shahapur in 2017. From the name of Rajshri Kedare. That flat we canceled 2018. When we asked for the weekly payment, we have not received it yet. Even after three years, the money has not been received yet. Bad experience.

Karrm infrastructure Pt Ltd has cheated us and collected Rs.130000/- in the name of Flat booking amount which was paid Monthly basis for 2 Flat, now due to non construction i have cancelled fat and asked for refund in 2019, they said we will be paying out after 6month as installment basis, but till today not a single Rupees was refunded.

We had invested in the project but till date no update is available on the project, also the company office is closed and all the numbers are switched off or not reachable. Please provide the contact details of the company so that we can reach them and get our amount refunded.

I have cancelled my flat booking at 6/03/2018
Still refund amount pending 125000 and cibil score down.

I have purchased one ROOM KITCHEN FLAT IN Shahpur at 9/8/2015 . Flat price 630000. I have paid direct to Karrm Infrastucture Pvt Ltd builder account 7840. I have 31 emi paid but not given possession so ia have cancelled my flat in 06/03/2018. After cancelation refund amount 185236 . Only 60000 refund last 2yrs and 11month, remaining 125236 amount still refund pending. I m visited at 13.2.2021 his office but office is closed last on year. No phone call attand all phone is switched off. This company two loan company GIC HOUSING FONANCE AND ASPIRE HOUSING FINANCE COMPANY Loan taken from my name. GIC loan is 363000 and Aspire LOAN IS 6LAKH. STILL NOT closed builder both are loan. My cibil score also down in market. No one finance company give me single rupees loan.

Please help for refund amount and both finance company loan closure request from Karrm Infrastructure pvt Ltd.

Please help for resolve my problem.

I have booked a flat in shahpur. My emi were regularly deducted. But last one year no communication, no deduction, no.correapondence, office address also not known, nor contact number

I have booking of flat in shapur project where every month my monthly Installment was deducted . Last one year my amt EMI is not deducted. I visited vitriolic office its closed nor any number for contact is available . Kindly revert back as early as possible and also sent ur new office address

None is picking up call

Cancellation of KBN 001170 and 001186 was canceled around 2 years ago somewhere in the month of August 2019. All cheques received for refund were bounced.
Kindly refund the entire amount at the earliest.

Have been trying to call your numbers. All are not existing anymore .where have you run away ? Summon that Vivek Oberoi and let hid company return money of the investors with due interest before complaint is lodged against him and his company

Helo, my name name is mahesh Ashok Kakade, ihave booked a flat in KARRAM BRAHMANAND KELVE ROAD PROJECT on my and my wife's name, we paid so installments till 1 year after that I come to know company project is not complete due to some issues then I visited there office ask about the same they told it will take time to complete the project and at the time of booking they told till December 2020 you will get possession ... So I come to know that so many people have been come to take there refund so I also asked for refund...but now I recently visited there office after lockdown there office is closed permanently and all contacts no. Are closed so I paid my hard working money to fulfill my dream home and they made a fraud with all like me.so please look into the matter and get my money back and one more they also collected GST on every installments so they also made frauds with Government.take strictly action against them please
