Respected Sir, I have booked a flat in karrm panchatva phase 1 and my NBk number is 020889. I have been paying regular EMI's since last 3years, but Mr Rahul sonawane who is executive at karrm office took 12cheques from me in the month of August 2018 by making a promise that he will apply for awas yojna and will help me get it's benefit and now it's been more then 60days he just fools me by saying he is busy. Every time I call him he says he will come and meet. Now that today I asked him to return my cheques or I will lodge complaint for he arrogantly says I can do whatever I want... Is this way such gaint infra company works. And employees here are so irresponsible and arrogant. I request you to kindly took in to this. Expecting your quick response Thanking you! I also been made false promises by karrm and my money is not been refunded. Punit shetty from recovery has told me that office is shifted to Our office shifted to

MBC Infotech Park, MBC Compound, Sainath Nagar, Kasarvadavali, Ghobunder, Thane, Maharashtra 400615.

Vishal kopakar is senior account manager. He is also giving false promises.
I suggest that we all get together and go to the office at one time along with police and file FIR against the builder along with morcha at his office.

It's high time that this builder should be behind bars and stop making more frauds.
