I have booked 1 BHK 719 sq ft flat in Karrm Residency Shahapur, Thane in Aug 2012. till today I have not received possession . I am paying PEMI in every month. Trying to reach them but any number is not working or able to reach .

Request you to update when we will get our flat possession . Please consider this request and do the needful.

We had booked 4 flats in phase 3. possession was going to receive by 2022. But suddenly all offices of karrma got closed. EMI also started desucting. I think they are fraud.

Not getting posetion or refund no response from your side.

Booking for room karrm infrastructure EMI going On 2015 to 2017 but work is not done I emi stoped but refund amount not credited to bank.

inspite of a lot of followups, they are not started the work and not responding, also taken full money against the loan from gichf. Its a nexus between the bank officials, agents and builder to dupe the buyers, as emi is regularly being paid.Loan amount shall have been released by gichfl in parts as work progresses but thay have released the almost full payment of loan.I am in process of taking legal and criminal action against the responsible persons/institutes.

From August 2015 I am paying my EMI regularly. Even in this crucial lockdown period I have regularly paid my EMI. Issue is no work has been started at phase II and when I try to reach them to get details no one is picking phone or their phones are switched off. Even there new Thane address office is closed. Since there offices are closed, no work is going on there site. So why they are taking the EMI every month.Karrm infrastructure promised us to handover our flat in 2020. I request to please take action on this compaint as there are thousands of costumer like me paying EMI with no future. My number [protected]

We have booked 1rk flat KBN-003835 on may 2017 and paid till March 2019 total 23emi, more than 2 lakh rs, when can we expect refund

As I have booked a flat in karrm brahmand kelve road in April 2017..Since then not a single correspondence was received from their side..Sir I m retired person and getting very little amount for my monthly expenditure ..I can not survive with that amount...So I request u sir, please STOP d ecs amount ..And please reverse my refund amount to my bank account...
As I have taken d LOAN of Rs 5 lakhs from a patpedhi..I m not in a position to repay d amount...So it's my humble request that please repay my 3 years 6 months balance amount i. e. Rs.7979 x 42 months comes 3, 55, 118/-...with d interest...I m in great need of money...I have to repay my loan amount to patpedhi, because their rate of interest is too high...Being retired i don't have any other source of income...
It is big humble request to u, plz pay my full one lumpsum amount with d interest to my account..It will reverse refund amount..

We already cancelled the property (NBK-024027.NBK-024028 and NBK-024025) on[protected], but my name (Neha srivastava)and husband name (Manish Srivastava) is showing in CIBIL so we came to know that loan was sanctioned on my name without informing us.

We contacted MOHFL(Aspire Motilal oswal) so they are asking us to contact Karrm Infrastructure. we request you please provide your confirmation and ask them to close the laon which is showing against as in CIBIL.

I had booked a flat in Aug 2015, paid monthly EMI until last year and also the registration amount in full. They have not yet registered, been 5 years. Also the construction work is not yet begun. Please take action, so we get our hard earned money back.

I have booked 1bhk flat in Karrm Residency Shahpur. Sector 4 Darpan building in year 2014. From last 3yrs work has being stopped. Till April 2020 i had payed loan and now i have stop paying. Its hard to survive i have lost 8lacs rupees. Developer / Builder / Directors of Karrm, I need refund of my money and kindly submit the letter to DHFL bank. Its humble request please take some action on priority basis.

I have booked one flat in kelve brahman project in 2017..Not a single correspondence is to me..It was going to be completed in 3 years..

I am Radhamani Nair and My Husband, We booked 2 one room kitchen flats at The Karrm Brahmaand township is located at Kelve Road, Infrastructure, but till today not received the flats nor refund . Also they shifted the old office .
Now We are staying rented flat .
Amount Paid with G S T with monthly pay flat promised to give before Jan 2020 but till today not got refund nor started work

I have taken 2 bhk apt in karam garden in 2013. we have paid up all amount to builder. till now builder has not given possesion. there is no sign of construction work on site . kindly take strict action against karam builder.
