[Resolved] Karrm Infrastructure — gulmohar, ambernath - flat possession not given nor given payment reimbursement

Booked flat in Ambernath project in Gulmohar building in 2014, still not got possession nor i am getting loan amount reimbursement which was committed at the time of booking that builder will pay till possession. but after 2 years builder has told he cant pay as his other projects going on, you can pay after that we will reimburse your amount, now its 4 years i am paying the loan amount with interest but still on one is interested to resolve my complaint and in builder office no one is taking up my case and complaint.

Request help.

Updated by raaja jain Hi, My complaint is still not resolved nor builder has given any amount till date of EMI which was been told initially at the time of booking, till possession builder will pay EMI (Principal + Interest). same letter has been given by builder.

Request you to please help to sort this issue.

Updated by raaja jain Hi, we booked flat in karram infrastruture ambernath project in the year 2014-15, possession was assured in 2016-17, however till date possession is not given nor refunded our money, the construction work is not completed, builder is not guarantying when work will be completed, he is saying to us to take shahapur flat, why should we go to shahapur, when we have booked the flat in ambernath, we request you please look into this matter and help us to recover our money. Last 4 years i am visiting in his office to get clarity and refund payment which was initially told me that till possession builder (Karram infracture) will pay EMI, now they are not refund us the amount. kindly help to get our refund.

From last 3 years, we are following up with you and your (Karrm ) team on reimbursement of the EMI paid by us. When we booked flat, it was mentioned that Karrm will pay our EMIs till possession of the flat.But we have not received possession yet and also we are paying EMIs from our account.
Every time when we talk to you or the team at your office, it was promised that Karrm will pay us the amount of EMI paid by us and future EMIs till the possession will be paid by Karrm.
This is the harassment that your team is doing with us. Today also you told that you will talk to your seniors and pay the cheque for the EMIs paid and then onward Karrm will pay the EMI till possession. but nothing has been done till date and still waiting for your confirmation.
kindly let me know the date and time, when we will get our amount and EMI to be paid by KARRAM till possession.
