I Vasant Yallappa Khot Had cancelled the flat booked (FLAT booking No.NBK-025150) in Karrm Panchtatva-Phase-2 Sector-E, Building-2, A-Wing, Village : Kasgaon, Taluka : Shahapur, Dist : Thane, Maharashtra, & had received the assurity of repayment from the company on company letter head for cancellation refund amt. from March 2019 onwards but till date no action has been taken by the company
