[Resolved] Kartbazar.com — order not received and no correct status given | |||||
I ordered some goods (https://kartbazar.com/index.php/hot-offers/bluetooth-stereo-headset-powerbank.h...⇄ on 20th march. Have not received any satisfactory answers on the status of my order. I have been frequently been calling them every few days. Everytime, a different call centre executive attends giving different answers. Answers like: 1) it is dispatched. Please wait another 2 days. 2) it came back because dtdc is not delivering to your location. We have dispatched again through india post. 3) will get back to you today itself about it. We will take your call on priority. 4) here is a tracking number (Z57238227, which it turns out was for a different consignment entirely) for dtdc courier. 5) will talk to my supervisor. Apr 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Got a call from customer service. Issue not completely resolved as my order has been replaced with a different product, but I will mark this as resolved as a new order has been placed by customer service for a slightly higher value product. | |||||
