Karthick — Broadband disconnect

Dear sir


We are unsatisfied with your connection. So, we already deactivated our
broadband but we are receiving your monthly bill as we have your connection.

Mr. Sudhakar (Employee) Rs. 3500.00 has collected cheque on 15.05.2015. We
have told him also to deactivate your service on that day and he has told us
that he has deactivated. On the other day we got a call from your customer care
to know the reason for deactivation and they offer me a new plan too, but I
told him that I am not interested. But monthly we are getting call from your
customer care to pay the money.


After my explanation (above) they have told me to send a mail. Please act.

here after we should not get a call. How can we pay the bill without using
internet . Please look into that.

Dear Airtel

We sent mail already that we have disconnected your service ( you have also given the reference no[protected] and then, after that I got the call from customer care, they told me that they will disconnect the line and you will not get any call from us. But, after one month again I got a call. They are treating me as a cheater, they are threatening me that they will file a case.

This is unfair. No one can pay for the disconnected service. pls act . If you want further details contact Mr .sudakar . How can we answer for your irresponsible work .

How can I recommend to others, if you have like this poor service .

I HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR MISTAKE .

STIIL I HAVE SOME HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED.
