      I have done a online payment for indian oil (Gas payment) on 27 feb 2020.. Ref no[protected]. When the gas was they said online payment has not received and told to make the payment.
      Now i request you to check on this and reverse the payment to my account..
      I have done a compliant to customers service on 3 march 2020, first they replied as 45 days time to resolve the issue. After so many reminders.. Now they are replying as request rejected walk to home branch. Now in lockdown period how can i go? And in bank they do only essential duties not taking complaints. What to do now?

        I've given the letter for atm card re-issue and i've still not received the card, it's been more than a year. I've went so many times and asked for taking an action regarding this and there has been no response from the bank side. To add on to this, yesterday the bank employee's refused to collect the deposit the second time i went there to deposit. And today i went to the bank for depositing it again at 1:30 and they refused to take it saying that the bank has been closed. I had really personal emergencies and the service of the bank is really poor. I kindly request you to take the necessary measures.

          Since from 10 years
          Iam paying every month emi correct as auto debit on my account
          But today i had received a sms of pending auto due of rs (590) to my register mobile number

          Please check my savings account & check my link loan account number on my account
          But why i had already paid my loan 8034 on every month as emi on my savings account
          Showing pending outstanding of 590 rs as sms

          I had already sent a request email to kvb but there is no use

          No reply from karur vysya bank about of my charges of 590

          Please check & try to clear to close my over due pending charges as a old & good customer to karur vysya BANK

              Hi,
              I am lavanya having an account with karur vysya bank
              I had recently closed a home loan with kvb but still my ecs debits are taken from my salary account.
              At this time of crisis none o[censored]s want an ecs debit to happen on their closed account and i would definitely blame the branch officials for their ignorance.
              Can you please consider this complaint as a high priority one and resolve the issue by crediting the deducted amount back to my account at the earliest.

                Sir KVB SR MANAGER ( 1403 ) HARI SIR HAS GIVEN REPLY 590 CHARGES ARE AT SEPTEMBER MY EMI LOAN PAYMENT HAS BEEN REJECTED
                SO CHARGES HAS APPLIED FROM CENTRAL KVB BANK

                SIR AT SEPTEMBER EMI HAS REJECTED IS CORRECT
                BUT AT THE SAME DAY MY OTHER TO EMI FOR BIRLA SAP HAS DEBITED AS MONTHLY EMI FROM MY ACCOUNT

                AT THE SAME DAY I SENT A REQUEST EMAIL TO KVB AS PLEASE DON'T CHARGE ANY EXTRA CHARGES TO ME FOR LATE PAYMENT ON MY LOAN

                AS NEXT I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LOCAL BRANCH & I GONE & ASKED FOR EMAILING TO KVB
                WHAT IS THE COMPLAINT
                For 1 day late payment there is no any other extra charges
                THEY TOLD

                Now ur kvb team is telling 590 charges are reject of my loan on September auto debit charges

                Please check my last email & ask at kvb manager sir & staff about my request on September

                I am a KVB CUSTOMER SINCE FROM 10 YEARS ABOVE
                CHECK MY STATEMENT ALSO THERE IS NO ANY OTHER LATE PAYMENT'S ON MY LOAN

                    Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also waived minimum bank charges for savings bank accounts and said that the government is working expeditiously on an economic package which will be announced soon in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak

                        I am bharathi. I have ordered mobile back case on amazon for rs.189/- using kvb debit card on 2nd feb 2020. Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they said my money will be refunded in 4 business days till now i didn't get my refund amount.                           Deficiency of service: i have minor account with your bank at (Chennai) mandaveli branch, since it minor account i was not provided check book atm card at the time of account opening, due to personal emergency i requested for withdraw at (Chennai) mandaveli branch but my request was rejected by bank staff and refused ot help/educate further. I am aware that rbi allow banking customers can withdraw small amount using branch withdraw challan, but i dint get any support from branch and they refused to withdraw the cash. I need your immediate attention in this matter and solve it on priority. Please instruct your branch to allow me to withdraw using self challan since it s my emergency need.

                                Iam vijayakumar and i had ordered (Mobile) of rs.13999 (Samsung m30s) in amazon on (28.9.2019). Due to. Some issue order got cancelled. They said my money will be refunded in 4days.. Till now i didn't get refund amount.. Amazon send this reference number (0rzv1aaw0000k0p2m2d4) and told me to fill charge dispute form but karur vysya bank not have a such a policy.. So kindly respond to my complaint it's very urgent..

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  I Used a indian atm on 09.10.2019at madurai thappal thanthi nagar to withdraw rupees 3500. I got message from kvb about deduction of amount in my account but i could not get money from atm.
                                  I have attached a screenshot of message that i have got from a kvb.
                                  I request you to revert the amount to my account.
