I am holding a saving account in karur vysya bank.
Now transfred from madurai to coimbatore. Due to kyc norms the account has closed. When i contacted the madurai branch they told that i can submit necessary documents to coimbatore branch & the account will be activated. So i visited coimbatore singanallur branch. But there they told as my account is with madurai branch i have to submit the documents there only.

Even they are not ready to accept the documents. When we contacted madurai branch person he told still you can submit the
Documents but singanallur branch guy is not ready to accept the documents. I am holding 2-3 other accounts in some other banks.

We are ready to follow the procedure imposed by the bank but when their staff itself not clear about the procedure finally the customers are getting affected like anything.in the past 1 month i visited the branches 10-12 times but nobody is clear about the procedures.

But i never faced issue like this. Kvb one of the worst customer friendly bank in india. Now i am planning to visit madurai branch & close the account.

Branch in summer vacation & decided to close the account.

Now transfred from Madurai to coimbatore.Due to KYC norms the account has closed.when i contacted the Madurai branch they told that i can submit necessary documents to coimbatore branch & The account will be activated.So i Visited coimbatore singanallur branch. But In coimbatore singanallur branch they told as my account is with Madurai branch i have to submit the documents there only.

We are ready to follow the procedure imposed by the bank but when their staff itself not clear about the procedure how the customer will get the guidance? I don'tknow the reason None of the staff i interacted is neither clarity nor customer friendly interaction. Finally the customers are getting affected like anything.In the past 1 month i visited the branches 10-12 times but nobody is clear about the procedures.

This is the case with Karaikudi branch too. Nobody in there have a clue of account opening. A guy called Bharani is misleading the staff and making the branch lose customers! I witnessed several dissatisfied customers because of this KVB employee’s chip oh his shoulder! Managers come and go but this guy is always there like a “scar crow” KVB upper level management should seriously look on to this and needs to get rid of Bharani if they want to keep their customers!

    I have not received an amount from my friend who deposited a 26000Rs in Mogappair East Branch through a CDM . After finding that the machine is out of service after the money was drawn into the machine my friend who deposited the fund made a complaint immediately.But I haven't received any funds till now of the same amount.My Account Number is [protected] Vellore Branch.Kindly assist me as soon as possible.

      In the irctc site is showing the refund status was processed and if not credited in your account on time please contact to your bank.
      Amount need to be refund (Rs 479.66+rs 479.66)=rs 959.32
      Kindly help me regarding with this issue.

        On 8-1-19 at around 5:20 pm i have deposited ₹2500 in my account through cdm, the cash got accepted and i received the transaction slip saying that there is an error in processing the transaction, for which i contacted the bank on next day and filled the required form in the bank, the executive said that the money will be credited to my account within one or two days, but i have not yet received any money in the account
        Kindly resolve the issue

          cash deposit machine stuck in my money

          This year 2019. 01.01 I am deposited 5000 rupees in kvb bank
          I'll put in cash deposit machine money going inside the machine
          Then slip came out, I checked the monitor transaction cancel I'm also check slip transaction failed, Tomorrow morning I went to the bank I'll fill the complaint forum ., bank employed said your money credit your account this evening...
          I'm still waiting 4 ago my money not credited my account......

          I have applied for a new atm card and the amount has been debited from my account too, but i haven't received any messages are status of the cards. I wrote to the customer card mail id and received a mail after 2 weeks stating that my card has been dispatched on 1st of december for which i haven received my status. Since i was not available in my home. The local post office has returned the card to the sender address. Today i called the customer care and spoke to the person and she said the card returned will not be delivered and i had to apply for the new card and it will be charged again.

            I want my debited balance of 6500 to be credited immediately to my account
            On 12.01.2019 around 2.15 pm i have deposit Rs 600 in Tiruchendur ATM Machine.That machine recieve that money and said Your Transation Procced.After that said that transation failed.That money is not return back and not credited in my account.Pls do favour me as soon as possible.Immediatly i checked my account balance.That amont is not credited.

              I haven't complete full kyc .
              it is necessary to maintain minimum balance ?
              I called karur vysya bank customer care and asked that what was the minimum balance can l maintain in my account, i opened the account using kvb dlite application.
              they answered that you should maintain rs 1000 in your account, if you haven't maintain that 200 rs penalty is applicable.
              please clearly explain, can I maintain minimum balance in my minimum kyc account.

                  I had requested the bank to delink my savings account from the aadhar card. But they informed that that are getting “npci verification failed “ error. Hence they are unable to delink it.

                  Request you to help in delinking. Do you want me to give aadhar details to you or do u need anything else. This is very urgent as i want to close the account and link another one for gas subsidy.

                  They are sucking my blood via the name of penalty for low balance maintained, i am very unhappy with this activity, i have no cost to buy milk to kids, but kvb bank sucks my blood, very worst bank ever.
                  I used ICICI ATM.. I didn't receive the cash but it didn't come out. My card no. [protected]

                      I am dharani... Using my atm debit card to paid mobile bill payment on amazon app last two days before (25/9/2018). The amount was debited to my account. But the bill payment was failed. Refund amount will be success fully add to your account to send sms amazon.. But am not receive the amount to my account. Pls refund the amount my account no as soon as possible.

                        Hi am saravana bharathi r, my account no. [protected]. Vadavalli branch. Coimbatore. I withdrawn rs.700 on 5/9/18. At 7.30 to 7.40 pm. It show timed out and money debt from my account. I withdrawn from cdm which in my home branch. Immediately i ask they told in half an hour it will be credited. But don't. I register a complaint on 6/9/18 through customer care. They told it will be credit after investigate and revert in 5 working days. It passed. But still not credited my money. How long i need to wait for receive my money. Am really depressed. Pls kindly do the needful.

                          I enrolled my daughter’s Aadhar Card on 04/08/2018 through Karur Vysya Bank, Jagacha Santragachi Howrah, West Bengal. Today i went to the bank about to know the status. But on 11 am they said to go again at 2.30 pm. When I reached there at 2.30pm then asked me to wait for a long time and behaved very badly. What a mean behaviour...

Due to some issues the order got cancelled and they said my money will be refunded in 7days till now i didn't get my refund amount.                             Good morning

                            I have withdrawn sum of rs. 14000 in two transactions (First transaction for rs. 10000 and another one for rs. 4000), at the atm counter. (Kvb atm, cutcherry street, gobi on 26th may 2018)

                            But while taking passbook print out after 2 days at gobi branch, it shows rs.[protected] + 10000) was withdrawn on 27.05.2018. I was shocked to see that.

                            But i have done transactions...

                            Atm security doesn't follow the basic etiquettes of atm. I went to withdraw money in atm. He allowed some camera repairing person as well customers at the same time inside. Camera repairing men disconnected the atm plug by mistake and half way dispensing cash was withdrawn. He don't even close the door and people goes inside atm as in some super market. Thus happened in walajapet town-632513 in vellore district. Kindly appoint the security with proper atm etiquettes to be followed. It caused me a great pain of running to bank for the money to get reverted as bank was in another town.

                              Iam s. Uma rani having sb a/c in kvb kalyan nagar branch, hyderabad.
                              My a/c no:[protected] & customer id:15644352.
                              On 09/06/2018 i have transferred rs.1000/- to amazon.
                              Amazon customer care people said the amount was not reached to amazon because order was cancelled.
                              But, as of on date i have not received refund of rs.1000/-.

                              Check from your end and process my refund immediately.

                              I am attaching bank statement and mail given by amazon for your reference.

                              Hello sowmyasahithi,

                              I understand that you are concerned as you have been charged rs 1000 while loading the money to amazon pay balance account, however the order was cancelled due to payment issues and you have not received the refund amount yet.

                              Please let me explain what happened here.

                              I would like to inform you that our system waits for 15 minutes for your bank to give us the payment confirmation after you’ve made the payment. If we receive the payment confirmation after this 15 minutes window is closed, payment would be automatically declined.

                              The payment was declined from your bank side hence we didn't receive any payment confirmation from your bank side hence the order was auto cancelled.

                              As our system hasn't received the confirmation from your bank within 15 minutes, your amount was automatically rolled back to your bank account.

                              Please do not worry, though we haven't received any amount for the order, i will surely guide you so that you can get your refund back.

                              As you have not received the amount yet, i request you to please contact your bank and raise a charge dispute for that particular transaction stating that "beneficiary hasn't received the amount".

                              At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                              Rest assured, you will receive your refund very soon.

                              My account had been debited twice in a swiggy transaction. Swiggy the had refunded a amt to my account but my balance doesnt show it when I enquired with swiggy they said that it has been transferred and they gave me a cybersource reconciliation id
