[Resolved] Karur Vysya Bank — Debit card transactions failed and refund not initiated | |||
Dear Sir, This is Sridhar. my customer id 13896320 Bank account number: [protected] Branch: Ganapathy, Coimbatore On 25 May i paid 660 rupees to Thangam Stores through card swiping machine but payment transaction failed sale reversed.. Unfortunately the payment was deducted from my bank account but it was not received on the other side. I was put to lot of discomfort situation and i feel even much upset as already 9 days passed but my money had not been reversed yet. I kindly request the Karur Vysya bank to do the needful. Jun 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received a message from Karur vysya bank, in this consumer complaint website, that pls send your complain to bank from my personal e mail id which I hav given in my bank, after I sent back in 4days they refunded my amount 660/- Karur Vysya Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
