[Resolved]  Karur Vysya Bank — Debit card transactions failed and refund not initiated

On 25 May i paid 660 rupees to Thangam Stores through card swiping machine but payment transaction failed sale reversed.. Unfortunately the payment was deducted from my bank account but it was not received on the other side. I was put to lot of discomfort situation and i feel even much upset as already 9 days passed but my money had not been reversed yet.

I kindly request the Karur Vysya bank to do the needful. I also attached a screenshot for your reference. Thank you,
