[Resolved] Karur Vysya Bank — problem regarding opening of bank account | |||
Respected Sir, This is Amit Kumar an account holder in your prestigious Bank. Sir, I am a student of VIT Chennai and during the year[protected] we were asked to open an account in your Bank as you were supposed to issue us a Bank Account along with a debit card and a smart card but till date, I haven't got any of those I, in fact, don't even know my account number and no information was passed to me regarding my account via message or E-mail. A few months I got a message from your bank on debit on my account for maintenance purpose my account balance is in negative hence I need some solution for my problem. Either you provide me with my account number and issue me a passbook and a smart card or please help me to close my account.
