On 11 march when i logged in to my mobile banking app (Kvb dlite) i see that there is a new account (I am not really sure when that was created). I see 2, 596 negative balance in that account. Account number is [protected]

Summary of the call is i explained my concern to customer service executive and he asked my account number, name, mobile number and date of birth for verification.
He told that when i started using d-lite app there was a new account created for transaction. I asked him that i use mobile app to link my existing account and do transaction so there is no point in creating a new account. I asked him that there is no message or email communication that was sent to me when account created and i did not sign any documents or requested for new account creation. He told that he will check and disconnected the call.
I went to branch on 11 march and wrote a letter requesting bank to close my account, bank staff informed that my account will be closed by end of this week or next monday 16 march.
I created complaint with rbi as i did not get any updates from bank. Complaint no.[protected].
