I used a indian atm on 09.10.2019at madurai thappal thanthi nagar to withdraw rupees 3500. I got message from kvb about deduction of amount in my account but i could not get money from atm.
I have attached a screenshot of message that i have got from a kvb.
I request you to revert the amount to my account.
