[Resolved] Karvy — aadhaar address update request rejected

I have requested address updation in aadhaar using ssup portal.
Got following message:

Your request 0000/00510/08182 has been rejected due to: invalid documents, data mismatch in document. Please resubmit correct request or visit the nearest aadhaar kendra for updates.

I have submitted registered gas connection bill with gas card. I don't understand why my address updation request is getting rejected

Updated by kaustubh2910 Can I get any update because I have raised another request and that one is also rejected. I need a proper explaination why my valid address proof is being rejected .
As requested I have already shared the Aadhaar number to email mention above.
