[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar address update request - no status update

I have requested for address update for my aadhar on 28th july 2017, and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00431/24065
For the last one week, the status is still showing as: "your request has been verified and awaiting approval."
Kindly provide an update on this request, as i urgently need my address updated in aadhar, so that i can further apply for passport renewal. Already sent an email to kcpl. [protected]@karvy.com with details as well.
Appreciate your help regarding this.
