[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar card address change -- error: transliteration error in the request field

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to update my Aadhar address ONLINE using UIDAI official site (uidai.gov.in) by attaching a valid address proof.

After 1-2 hours I am receiving an error message saying "Your request 0000/00522/84907 has been rejected due to: Transliteration Error in the Request Field." I have received the same error 4 times now.

Can someone please help me regarding this!

Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above compliant, we need to have the Aadhaar number, URN number and local language in which the updation is done for checking the status in the UIDAI portal. Please share the mentioned details to kcpl.[protected]@karvy.com.
