[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar updation not initiated

I requested aadhar update request on 18 november 2017. When i checked status o[censored]pdate on website it's showing error as incorrect urn. Then i called up customer care center 1947 to check the issue and got to know they have not received any request with the urn. Customer care executive asking me to visit center to check the issue. This is pathetic service on the part of enrollment center for not sending my data for updation and if i have to physically go there, why is uidai wasting money on contact center?

Updated by ar2klaps The request was rejected stating-

"Enrollment with EID 20171316100503201718101701 has been rejected due to technical reason."

The issue is still unresolved since my new mobile number is still not updated in Aadhar database.
