I tried to reach karvy through all possible way. Here is my request.

Client id: 4292828

I checked my cdsl account and found that these securities are not available there in my cdsl demat account. But they are present in the portfolio of Karvy trading account. Complaint has already been sent to Karvy through email. Only acknowledged and no action taken

Kindly get the transfer these securities from pool account to my demat account at CDSL at the earliest.

    Karvy is not giving the amount I had in payout. I have been complaining since 2018 on all social media channels, all mails and calls. Now they have stopped even responding

      Karvy was not paid my payout after repeated requests. Now scores/sebi is claiming that they are not responsible because the transaction made within 90 days of karvy ban only eligible for investor pretection fund. Now what to do. How to get back my hard earnerd money of 1, 65, 234/-

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        It's frustrating that nobody is taking any action on this matter. Either CDSL or my current DP is not responding regarding account closure and Transfer of shares even after I sent all the required documents and it's been already 1 month and already a complaint has been filed on Scores to take necessary action.
        This email is in reference to my demat account number [protected] held with Karvy Stock Broking Limited (DPID[protected] a depository participant (DP) of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Since my current DP, Karvy Stock Broking Limited has been banned, I kindly request your team to help me transfer my securities to Zerodha Broking Limited under demat account number [protected], (DPID[protected].
        I did everything but nothing is working. Please do take direct action to resolve this issue. Time is of hihg important coz my shares are on the way to reach its peak and time for me to sell. Kindly help.

        As Karvy expelled from exchanges, you can lodge the complaint at NICE plus ( NSE portal ).
        Even CDSL issued some format to report.

            Recently I closed my DP with Karvy and transferred my securities to another DP. However I had cash amount of 4197 in Karvy Trading Account which wasn't transferred back to my Bank Account. I have sent multiple emails to Karvy with no response. Their phone numbers are not reachable.

              Hi,

              I have been trying to transfer my demat account from Karvy to other DP for past 6 months but they are rejecting it due to signature mismatch.

              After talking to Karvy customer care and Karvy's Chandigarh office, I got the signature attested from bank and notary and again send the Account Closure cum transfer form but they again rejected it due to signature mismatch.

              I don't know why are they aren't transferring my account and what's their agenda behind this. I have even kept NSDL in CC while mailing to Karvy but I don't see any action from their side as well.

              Whom can I escalate this issue to get my Account transferred?

                Request your assistance in getting the securities transferred from my Karvy account to my ICICI Direct account.
                We reached out to Karvy with the below details almost a month ago and there has been no response from their side. (all the below documents have been posted amd delivered to them )

                1) Cover Letters
                2) Application Form for transfer of securities and closure of Karvy account
                3) Identity Proof (Aadhar)
                4) CMR Copy - ICICI Direct - account to which the securities need to be transferred

                A copy of the above documents have also been posted to NSDL at the following address - Trade World, A wing, 4th Floor, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013

                    I am unable to transfer my funds from my demat account as neither the website nor the app is working. I ahve been trying to reach out to them for over 3 weeks. All the customer care numbers given are either busy or keeps ringing but nobody answer. I have sent several emails but have got no reply. This is very frustrating as I need my money urgently.

I closed my Karvy account on 4th of Dec 2020 and instructed to transfer my holdings to Motilal Oswal financial services Limited (CRM attached), however the share transfer has still not been completed.                               Sir, how to get back my pool accout shares to my demat account. till the day you are saying you will do it by saying different reasons like corana trasport restrictions and case of shares pending with exchanges. we waited for you that you will start your business and do justice to all us. now you were declared as defaulter. in the process of nse, they are is no mention of stocks bought before 3 months of time specified by nse. we are very small investors believing your company name. trusting on you we invested and didnot check the loops.now arsing as a faults. so please we request you try to answer all our investors doubts whether we get the justice from you or not.

                                Sir/Mam,

                                We have initiated a closure cum transfer request on 22nd Dec 2020 from Karvy to Zerodha.

                                The speed-post of all the required documents (CMR, Portfolio, closure form, duly signed pan card, aadhaar card) was sent on 22nd Dec 2020 to your headquarters address 'Karvy Stock Broking Limited, 46, Avenue 4, Street No. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034'.

                                The speed post (India post: EG[protected]IN) was delivered to your Banjara hills office on 24th Dec 2020.

                                We have mailed you on 5th Jan 2021 regarding the same but no reply has been received yet.

                                It takes 3-5 days to close and transfer the holdings but it's been more than 20 days now and we haven't received the holdings yet in our mentioned Zerodha account.

                                Kindly transfer it as soon as possible. If we don't receive the reply within 1 week then we will escalate the matter to SEBI.

                                  I used to hold Karvy demat account bearing no. 11664709. I had been seeking transfer of my funds amounting to Rs.310560 to my savings account for more than 3 months, but of no avail.As SEBI banned KARVY's brokerage arm, I transferred my demat account to ICICI Direct.

                                  While, I find that my Securities have been transferred, the funds are still with Karvy. I once again request that the funds of Rs.310560 be tranferred to my savings bank account ASAP.
