Hello Team,

I had couriered the account closure request form with signed / sealed CML from original DP & valid ID proof to Karvy Hyderabad office.

I received the SMS yesterday from Karvy, that my transfer cum closure form is rejected for invalid reason mentioning " Source client ID wrongly updated" but I have checked many times before sending it to Karvy. Am wondering how come the info I have updated...

I have sold shares and i had balance in my account. From last 1+ year following up with them but they never respond on phone/e-mail and unable get the payout processed. Please suggest how to proceed. My Karvy trading account number is 100R31. Let me know what other details you need to help me resolve the issue....

I have been following up since 2018 but unfortunately I am still waiting for my shares in my demat account.
As per the last conversation with Karvy I have sent all the required documents for the claim of my shares held with Karvy and IEPF.
But I have only received 60 shares out of 120 shares held with Karvy and I am still waiting for the remaining 60 shares held with Karvy and 120 shares held with IEPF and the dividend amount....

According to subject my demat account no is 111H116. I selled my some shares in September 2019 and some share in November 2019. My fund balance is 939439.00 rupees but still this fund is not transferred in my bank.it has been long and painful time for me and my family. I have complaind many times in your jaipur office and hyderabad office. But your executive always giving only assurance. But it is not transferred in my bank yet....

Hi,
I am unable to login into my Karvy account. The error message shown is "invalid USER ID" though that's the correct one.

Also, a few of my stocks are still stuck with Karvy since a year now.

There is no response from their customer care....

I am writing this mail just to inform you it's been one year still my salary and FNF has not credited my account...
I am not agree with your policy I need a clarification why my salary and FNF has been delayed... This is very bad service provide by company to employee... Sometimes employee financial conditions is not good . .. Need a response and action... Please let me know about my salary and FNF...

Now that because of SEBI restrictions I am unable to trade through Karvy, I want to transfer my stocks to my another DP.
