I am akshay singh. I have a trading account with karvy stock broker and my client id is 1622661. I'm unable to trade due to seizure of karvy accounts since last one and half year. I have written several mails and queries and tried calling almost every phone number available on internet but there is no answer from their side. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. Please help me get rid of karvy as soon as possible....

I applied 2-3 times for adhaar address change online of my mother (Sarita pravin more) adhaar card & i had provided electricity bill on my mother name self attested but same is getting rejected as data mismatch. Sir, i am having shares in karvy stock broking ltd.in my id 2022181. On 18th march i have given delivery slip at tirupati karvy office for transfer of shares to sbicap securities, which was not done till date.
Presently, karvy office at tirupati was not opened. I tried to contact hyderabad karvy office but the phone is not being lifted.

I sent the account closure and transfer of shares to another demat account form by courier to your head office. It was received by receptionist at your head office on 17/06/2020.

However the customer care insists they have not received the forms.

Where did the form received by your receptionist go? Why it was not put into your system and the request actioned?...

My karvy client id is 80280639 and dp id is in3300394.
When i get my "statement of holding" from karvy, i get the following shares name in that.
But, i don't get those shares in in nsdl statement.
I get those in the bse statement against the client code 13784280.

I am unable to get those transferred to my icici dmat account through dis as those are not mentioned in nsdl. Please get me back those to my...

It has been more than 5 months that i have raised the request with karvy to transfer my shares from their pool account to my demat account post which i wanted to transfer the shares to zerodha.

My shares in karvy's pool account are yet to completely transferred to my demat account. Even my request to pay out the available balance (Close to inr 14, 900) in my karvy account hasn't been processed...

I have requested payouts in both karvy and karvy commodities in november
I have requested a combined payout of more than 5 lakhs

They are not processing, every time they are contacted they gave a new date but so far did not receive any money.

Now they are not even responding.
This is so much frustrating.
