With reference to my earlier complaint dated 28.06.2020 in the forum, sir, till date i could not able to transfer my shares.
After complaint (Dt. 28.06.2020) in this forum, i received communication from karvy office hyderabad providing a contact person phone number. When i called him, he told that he can't do any thing a the office at tirupati is closed due to non payment of rent.
Later i forwarded the dis directly to hyderabad karvy office and were rejected due to mentioning wrong client/dp id. (Erroneously i mentioned old sbicap securities dp/client id)
Hence i have taken the cml copy of my husband sbicap securities account and forwarded the same with account closing copy of karvy, clearly mentioning the client/dp id, where the shares need to be transferred.
I got a reply that "with reference to your mail, we have received your request and the same is on hold due to name & pan no mismatch, required target cml."
I replied to the mail stating that i enclosed cml copy and clearly given the dp/client id in the account closing form, where the shares need to be transferred.
To my repeated mails still i am getting the same reply "name & pan no. Mismatch", from different people of karvy.
The karvy people of suffering me like any thing to transfer my shares from march 2020. A huge amount of financial loss happened to me due to their non timely transfer of shares.
Please guide me. Can i proceed against these people under deficiency of services under consumer act.

Karvy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
