Hi,
Himani this side, this complaint is regarding my full and final from karvy and my experience letter, as i already complaint twice before this complaint but still they did not give any response and asking extortion money through email and blackmail to settle, also calling the senior authorities no one is picking my call, i am writing this as they already sent me my provisional cum experience letter on mail and also audited my net salary but did not paying me as i left karvy last oct, 2019 with no dues and serving notice period and today its sep, 2020 almost completing one year but they did not paying my fnf and giving experience letter, i am requesting you to follow up on this matter soon.

      I had invested an amount of rs.50, 000 through karvy bangalore (Vivek was the manager) in hdfc mutual fund in 2017. I did not check the balances regularly as it was supposed to be in demat form. The units are not there in my demat account with kotak securities. I understand from hdfc mutual fund that the amount was completely redeemed in november 2018 without my knowledge. My pan is aadpv1672l. Please let me know the status of my investment and where the units are lying. How the amount was withdrawn without my knowledge and not credited to my bank account or demat account.

        With reference to my earlier complaint dated 28.06.2020 in the forum, sir, till date i could not able to transfer my shares.
        After complaint (Dt. 28.06.2020) in this forum, i received communication from karvy office hyderabad providing a contact person phone number. When i called him, he told that he can't do any thing a the office at tirupati is closed due to non payment of rent.
        Later i forwarded the dis directly to hyderabad karvy office and were rejected due to mentioning wrong client/dp id. (Erroneously i mentioned old sbicap securities dp/client id)
        Hence i have taken the cml copy of my husband sbicap securities account and forwarded the same with account closing copy of karvy, clearly mentioning the client/dp id, where the shares need to be transferred.
        I got a reply that "with reference to your mail, we have received your request and the same is on hold due to name & pan no mismatch, required target cml."
        I replied to the mail stating that i enclosed cml copy and clearly given the dp/client id in the account closing form, where the shares need to be transferred.
        To my repeated mails still i am getting the same reply "name & pan no. Mismatch", from different people of karvy.
        The karvy people of suffering me like any thing to transfer my shares from march 2020. A huge amount of financial loss happened to me due to their non timely transfer of shares.
        Please guide me. Can i proceed against these people under deficiency of services under consumer act.

              Since last 2 years I am unable to encash dividend of shares of different companies. The money is pending with Kfin technologies Pvt Ltd. The problem started from the date of merger of banks. State Bank of Travancore became State Bank of India. To do this correction in my Demat account I approached our local Karvy, Thrissur branch and sent our request to head office, Hyderabad. I also written to Kfin Technologies for the same. Till date there was no action taken and some seven DDs are with me for encashing. Kindly advise/take necessary action immediately.

                  I had various shares with the co which as per were held in pool of which except reliance industries 30 shares all were released. Despite repeatedly enquiring from office at chandigarh for release of 30 reliance industry shares, despite promises nothing has happened till date.

                      I am holding karvy demat account since long time, but i had saw that in statement my 6099 shares are holded under beneficiary account instead of dp account and i have personally visted several times to karvy head office in meerut city but they excuses every time that it should come in our dp account within in few days but now it was almost 9 months have been passed we are unable to get any positive reply from company also not getting our shares in dp account

                                    I am himani khatri complaining again against karvy stock broking, after writing my first complain they had just send me provisional cum experience letter on my email and after some time they mailed me that they are doing audit on my fnf and after sending so many emails from my side they said they will provide me fnf details on my mail by this tue i. E. 7th of july, 2020 but i have not received any email from their side but what’s the point of details of fnf what will i do with my details only, send me my fnf and also courier my experience letter, i am unemployed from last 8 months and already mailed them so many times, that i need experience letter but still no response from their side, such a worst experience i had faced and never thought that how they treat their ex - employees, this is their behaviour towards their employees. I hope this complaint will be listened by you and will be resolved soon.

                                      Sir, i am having shares in karvy stock broking ltd.in my id 2022181. On 18th march i have given delivery slip at tirupati karvy office for transfer of shares to sbicap securities, which was not done till date.
                                      Presently, karvy office at tirupati was not opened. I tried to contact hyderabad karvy office but the phone is not being lifted.
                                      Please do the needful of getting my shares transferred.

                                      Sir, TILL DATE i could not able to transfer my shares.
                                      After consumer complaint I received communication from Karvy office Hyderabad providing a contact person phone number. When I called him, he told that he can't do any thing a the Office at Tirupati is closed due to non payment of rent.
                                      Later I forwarded the DIS directly to Hyderabad Karvy office and were rejected due to mentioning wrong client/DP ID.(erroneously I mentioned old SBICAP securities DP/Client id)
                                      Hence I have taken the CML copy of my husband SBICAP securities account and forwarded the same with account closing copy of KARVY, clearly mentioning the CLIENT/DP ID, where the shares need to be transferred.
                                      I got a reply that "With reference to your mail, we have received your request and the same is on hold due to Name & PAN no mismatch, Required target CML."
                                      I replied to the mail stating that I enclosed CML copy and clearly given the DP/CLIENT ID in the account closing form, where the shares need to be transferred.
                                      To my repeated mails still I am getting the same reply "NAME & PAN No. mismatch", from different people of KARVY.
                                      THE KARVY PEOPLE OF SUFFERING ME LIKE ANY THING TO TRANSFER MY SHARES FROM MARCH 2020. A huge amount of financial loss happened to me due to their NON TIMELY TRANSFER of shares.
                                      PLEASE GUIDE ME. CAN I PROCEED AGAINST THESE PEOPLE UNDER DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES UNDER CONSUMER ACT.
                                      PLEASE GUIDE ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL
                                      Sir..I am sorry to say that nothing has happened after lodging the complaint here also. Till date I could not able to transfer my shares.

                                        I sent the account closure and transfer of shares to another demat account form by courier to your head office. It was received by receptionist at your head office on 17/06/2020.

                                        However the customer care insists they have not received the forms.

                                        Where did the form received by your receptionist go? Why it was not put into your system and the request actioned?

                                        Please look into the matter.
