My karvy client id is 80280639 and dp id is in3300394.
When i get my "statement of holding" from karvy, i get the following shares name in that.
But, i don't get those shares in in nsdl statement.
I get those in the bse statement against the client code 13784280.

I am unable to get those transferred to my icici dmat account through dis as those are not mentioned in nsdl. Please get me back those to my dmat account and in nsdl.

The shares are as follows:-

Ine438a01022 apollo tyres ltd 176
Ine062a01020 state bank of india 600
Ine081a01012 tata steel limited 259

Please help me. I tried to reach karvy lot many times but no body is picking /talking to me.

Have DMAT account with Karvy. Detail:-
Karvy DP ID #IN300394 and CLIENT ID # 80280639.

Problem:-
When I get the NSDL statement I see "Apollo Tyres", "Tata Steel" and "SBI" shares are missing from the list.

I see those shares are in in NSE statement and listed under Client ID #[protected]Please note my client ID is[protected]

Karvy has not registered them under NSDL and neither in my DMAT account.

Please get me back those shares immediately to my DMAT account.

Please check the above data and return me back my shares in my karvy dmat account. Please let me know what further information you require?

I, SHANTI ROYCHOUDHURY along with GOPINATH ROYCHOUDHURY, holding DMAT Account with KARVY STOCK BROKING LIMITED. My DMAT account details with KARVY is as below:-
DP ID- IN300394 and Client ID – 80280639

I have dematerialized multiple company shares in the above DMAT account. I found that 3 very important shares with huge numbers are being not put to my KARVY DMAT account, rather they are being kept in Karvy pool account and hence I am unable to transfer those shares to other DP. I figured out that discrepancies when I got the NSDL and BSE/NSE statement. The details are as below:-

1) In “NSDL statement”-
I don’t find the following 3 shares (Karvy has not reported them under my DMAT account)

I have attached downloaded NSDL statement from e-services. Please check

STATE BANK OF INDIA - INE062A01020 - 600 quantity
TATA STEEL LIMITED - INE081A01012- 259 quantity
APOLLO TYRES LIMITED - INE438A01022- 176 quantity

2) In “NSE/BSE statement”
I find the above 3 shares against a Unique Client ID 13784280 i.e the pool account

I have attached NSE/BSE statement. Please check

STATE BANK OF INDIA - INE062A01020 - 600 quantity
TATA STEEL LIMITED - INE081A01012- 259 quantity
APOLLO TYRES LIMITED - INE438A01022- 176 quantity

I found in BSE statement it is written as :-
*Note:-
1. Securities/ Commodities balance mentioned in the attached document are securities/ commodities held
in demat accounts of the Trading Member, tagged as client account/ collateral account etc., on your behalf.
It will not reflect holdings in your own bank account, demat account and Portfolio Management Services
(PMS) balance maintained with any DP/PMS provider including your broking entity.

Please get me back those shares to my DMAT account (DP ID- IN300394 and Client ID – 80280639), so that I can transfer them to other DP ASAP.

    I worked with karvy stock broking ltd for the period june 2012 to april 2013 but i have not received the relieving letter till date also after several reminders that time i have not received the same also i have submitted the dues amount to company but still i have not received the letter
    Please help to get the same on urgent as i need to submit at my current employer details are as below

      I have requested for transfer of money to my account and shares for last 4 months. But every time i call and mail, i am getting the same response stating it is in the process.

        I have submitted account closure cum transfer request along with cmr on 29th may 2020 duly signed. After that some of the stocks are transferred and rest are not transferred. Every time i get the reply as it is under process and they are not transferring. When are they going to transfer the same. For trading id 380449 client id 17205117

            This has reference to my repeated correspondence through mail and letters to the reference subject. With reference to my claim of non delivery of ril shares/dividend, i have already submitted all the requisite document long back and perusing to your office for confirming the status.             The above documents were duly acknowledged by your office and forwarded to ril for onward submission to iepf. Vide mail dt 29th july’19 iepf advised to resubmitted the documents along with latest cml. The cml arranged by me and soft copy send to your office through mail dt 27thjan’20 along with copy of all the documents submitted earlier.
            After 27thjan’20, i am trying to reach karvy through mail/ phone but neither the mail has been responded nor i could establish the contact over phone.
            Two days back on 10.6.20 i got a confirmation form iepf also regarding non receipt of rectified documents.
            I could not understanding the reason of non response.
            In case any clarification / documents is pending at my end the same may kindly be communicate for early action.
            I am also expecting a positive feedback from ril/ karvy team on the issue.

              With profound grief I have to inform you that my husband Mr Virinder Dewan, client id 19490600 with trading code 2062925 expired on 14th of January, 2020. I sent a mail to [protected]@karvy.com on 27th of January informing them along with certified copy of death certificate, pan card and aadhar card requesting them to let me know the procedure to be followed for getting the shares transferred in my name. But since then I have not received any appropriate response.
              I therefore request you to please take the required steps to avoid any further delay in the matter. My email address for further contact is [protected]@gmail.com.

                Karvy id - 2881888

                It has been more than 5 months that i have raised the request with karvy to transfer my shares from their pool account to my demat account post which i wanted to transfer the shares to zerodha.

                My shares in karvy's pool account are yet to completely transferred to my demat account. Even my request to pay out the available balance (Close to inr 14, 900) in my karvy account hasn't been processed yet. Additionally, i am not been able to login into my karvy account by any means.

                I had been in touch with the karvy representative in my hometown roorkee but now even he has pulled off from the issue saying the company is doing whatever they can and he can't help us. Even their office has been closed till date.

                This kind of awful service by karvy is appalling and i request you to take some action in this regard.

                  Hi

                  I have requested payouts in both karvy and karvy commodities in november
                  I have requested a combined payout of more than 5 lakhs

                  They are not processing, every time they are contacted they gave a new date but so far did not receive any money.

                  Now they are not even responding.
                  This is so much frustrating.

                  My clientids are s402024 and co810463

                  Please process as soon as possible its difficult times now

                      My two stocks get stuck in the karvy stock broking account and after the sebi banned karvy from any transaction i received dividends from my holdings. Those dividends have neither been deposited in my karvy account nor in my bank account.

                        My two stocks stuck in the karvy stock broking firm and in between dividends have been announced by the company. Those dividends are neither credited into the karvy account nor into my bank account. Highly fraud company. Due to lockdown i am not able to transfer my funds also.

                            I had complained on 19 march 2020 regarding the karvy stock brokers that they have still not transferred all my shares to my demat account from the trading account.
                            Till date, i haven't received any credible reply from the organisation. A copy of the complain is enclosed beneath. Kindly guide to get my shares back.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have been trying to get my shares of the stocks i have purchased to my demat account since last dec'2019. I had emailed/called on karvy customer care multiple times but they have not taken any action on it.

                            The only thing they do is give target dates and keep revising it by 15 days or so; its really frustrating that it has been 4 months and still only 1 of my stocks have been transferred to my demat account.

                            Thereby i would request you to take action on this matter or suggest me the right way to take this matter to higher authorities.

                              14 shares in pool account not moved to demat since nov 2019. Cash balance of 23509 not credited back to bank account. Also reliance shares held in dp rights entitlement has not been recd.

                              A transfer to hdfc sec was initiated in feb 2020 and has been kept pending for more than 3 months for no reason.

                              Pls look into this and resolve immediately.

                                I was worked 3years (Emp id 84798) in karvy data management chennai designated as lead. I left my job with proper releaving but i can't withdraw my pf amount and i already informed to my process hr.

                                I am trying to claim my pf amount via online portal. But i didn't able to claim because some issues.

                                Error msg : your bank kyc is not digitally signed by employer, cannot proceed.

                                Note : i gave all my details clearly but they updated wrong information. (Ex father name, pan card number)

                                    I manishaben savalia, a client of karvy stock broking, bhavnagar (Gujarat) client code is ucc -1032780.

                                    For last 6 months, i have been trying to make payout rs 12, 00, 341 (Rupees twelve lakh three hundred fourty-one) of my hard earned and full life saving money. I request many times. However, i am not receiving the payout amount in my account.

                                    I tried contacting multiple time but they do not revert to mails neither nobody answers the phone at customer care.

                                    Karvy didnt pay lakhs of customers money including me yet any agency not take strict action. 6 months is more that enough time pay. This is my money and i need it.

                                    To survive routine life i need this money urgently.

                                      I have left karvy on 29 sep 2019, but didnt received my FnF till now and its already been more than 6 months.i have mailed my issues to head hr mr vijyant jolly and his team(S jagga Rao and Mithlesh sir) but didnt receive any solution for the same.He just always asked me to wait and hope that they will credit asap

                                        My client id is 5991207. I had Avenue Supermart, tata steel, yes bank, ruchi soya and rei agro stocks worth 130000 and cash around 50000. Due to ban on karvy i am unable to get my funds back in my account. It has been more than six months. Please transfer all my funds to my account immediately. Thanks.
