Karvy is not honoring payout request. In this difficult time we are struggling to get back our own money. When we will get our cash in hand back in my bank account.

Karvy stock broking limited failed to credit payment of rs21195 into my bank account for more than 4 months my unique client code 3040579 and also failed to transfer my holdings (Amar raja batteries ltd, avanti feeds limited, balkrishna industries limited) from trading account to demat acccount inspite of repeated email reminders from decmber 2019 every time they are giving false assurance that it will be completed in 2 weeks.

I have been holding 100 bonds of above referred hudco bonds in the demat account at tradejini financial services ([protected]). I have not been receiving interest from the date i hold these bonds since more than 3 years. The registrars for these bonds are m/s karvy. I have been not receiving dividends either, from the equity shares that i hold in the said dp.

I understand that my dp namely tradejini financial services had shared a wrong bank account number to the registrars m/s karvy through the defective cmr copy. The dp has now corrected their defect and have now shared a corrected cmr copy to me but are not assuming any responsibility for the damage caused. They ave shared the cmr copy for the first time.

I request you see that the interest due is credited to my bank account at the earliest

Meri complaint ye hai ki karvy ne aaj tak mera account closed kiya aur nahi mera amount refund kiya
Maine bahut baar costumer care service se bat karn chaha par costumer service no band aata hai aur maine bahut bar email kiya par satisfied reply nahi aata hai

My full and final settelment is not given to me by karvy digikonnect company and no one pick the phone in hr department and never give the update about the full and final settelment i also mail in hr department several times but no one responed me on the mail and never update me about this issue 3 months before i give the resignation but till date i did not get any update from hr department.

I have submitted following documents to mr ravi rachuri (Karvy) for closing the account and transfer the holdings to vertes securities ltd:

1. Account closure request form.
1. Updation of demat detailsin trading account.
3. Holdings statement issued ny karvy
4. Photo copy of pan card atfpr 7178e.
5. Client master list.

The said document was submitted on 19th february...

KARVY is not making transmission and not giving the payout.

Cash on hand amount of rs3711/- which is lying with m/s karvy stock broking ltd has not been refunded yet. I made a request for refund in january 2020 in their vizag office and since then various assurances given for the refund of the money but so far nothing is done.

I personally talked to vizag office as well as to their customer care office at hyderabad but nothing happened so far.

Kindly help me to get the money back

I would like to know two things:
1. Are any of both persons eligible to redeem the bond.
2. How can we widraw the bond.

Himani this side worked in a karvy stock broking company in delhi branch code - 86830 and had given resignation on 23rd of oct and serve notice period of 15 days so my reliving date was on 6th of nov but on 12th of nov i got mail for absconding for which i communicated with my seniors that i that was possible so there was a mis communication then i contacted hr and admin in delhi as well as contacted hr senior in hyderabad they say they will look after this but it was almost completed 6 months and got no response after so many follow up mails. Its such a bad experience that after this i am unemployed from last 6 months and still not getting any help from anyone.

This is in reference to my complaint registered dated 13/12/2019 with sebi registration number sebi/hy19/0000805/1 about mis - appropriation of clients funds/securities, it is submitted the following:
1. I have share trading account with karvy stock broking ltd, rajender nagar, delhi with dp id: 13014400 and client id is[protected]
2. My registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com
3. Karvey stock broking ltd has diverted my email inappropriately without any permission which resulted in not receiving any dividend/right shares/ bonus shares etc., nor any communication from the companies from last 18 months.
4. The relationship manager namely mr jitender chouhan has done trading in futures & options and pledged my shares without my consent.in this trading he made huge loss and not communicated anything to me.in turn i have received a notice dated 12th march 2020 for outstanding amount of rs 9, 93, 684/22
5. Karvy has pledged shares of mine and has not transferred them in my demat account yet.
6. I have made number of request to transfer my shares to zerodha and submitted the request for client master report, which is not done till date.
7. I have visited the office of karvy number of times but not getting any solution to the problems i have mentioned above, which shows gross negligence, fraud, cyber-crime and mental harassment.
8. I request you to please look in to the matter at your end immediately and transfer all my shares in my demat account along with all dividend amount and bonus/ right shares.

This is usharani gouda. Beared emp id 1044012 of karvy digikonnect limited, hyd, telangana. I hv resigned my job on the month of october.. As per policy i served 30 working days. My last working day in karvy was 13th october 2019.. As per policy i will get my full and final settlement after 45 days which was on december. It became 5 months but till now i didn't get any of them. And one more thing to highligit that pf account is zero. They didnot paid our esi and of amount aswell. I tried so many calls so many emails to my hrs, my manager and also the director but they are not responding at all. No single one. I also visited the office but the hrs are telling lies most of the time like they are not available but i saw them outside while chilling. How can they are so irresponsible.. So finally i am doing this... Hopefully my problem will resolved soon.. And i will get my full and final settlement asap.

I tried to buy certain shares on nov mid week at around rs. 65 per share. I was declined to do the transaction as sebi had barred karvy.
I came to know the fact only then.
After around 10 days when the market value of that share moved from 78 to 37 and then on the 10th day when the price was 37, my portfolio showed the shares @65 per share.
I immediately asked their representatives who took almost 2 hours to connect and got no reply as such and the call was disconnected multiple times.
Then helplessly, i had to wait and then after some days again when the price was around 60, i saw that the shares was not reflected in my portfolio and also the amount is not reflecting in my funds transfer section.
I really don’t know what’s wrong but it is a clear case of criminality and fraud.

Dear sir,
I have been trying to get my shares of the stocks i have purchased to my demat account since last dec'2019. I had emailed/called on karvy customer care multiple times but they have not taken any action on it.

The only thing they do is give target dates and keep revising it by 15 days or so; its really frustrating that it has been 4 months and still only 1 of my stocks have been transferred to my demat account.

Thereby i would request you to take action on this matter or suggest me the right way to take this matter to higher authorities.

Dear sir
It is requested to please transfer my all shares in demat from holding account of karvy my trading no is 407012 with immediate effect & do not keep my any of shares in holding account. Actually various shares are kept by karvy in holding account without my consent. Market get crushed but due to no trading by karvy i am compelled to suffer heavy financial loss & no conversation to this company at present.
