Re-Issue of Interest Warrant cheque

Dear Sirs,

On 29th April'2019, I couriered to your office a letter with a Cheque for Rs 4, 208/44 representing Interest on IRFC Tax Free Bonds Tranche II 2013 14. The said Interest Warrant Cheque provided incorrect particulars such as Bank a/c no, name of Bank Branch and hence I requested re-issue of the draft providing requisite support documentation as suggested by your Kolkata Office in Park Street, Kolkata.

On 8th May'2019, I received your acknowledgement of my letter which provided the following reference:

Again I sent a email reminder on 27th May’2019 requesting reissue of Interest Warrant Cheque. To this Karvy by their email of 29th May’2019 informed that
Quote “we have received the documents for revalidation, it is under revalidation process, upon receipt of DD from bank will re-dispatch to your new address (OR)directly will credit to your bank account.” Unquote

Till date, I am yet to receive the corrected Interest Warrant Cheque.

Would appreciate, if you accord this matter your priority attention and do the needful
urgently.

    On my request karvy sent me mcl to me.
    On seeing master client, it was found that
    Bank NAME AND ADDRESS IS WRONG
    Onmy request, correction in bank details was done. But again with wrong addeess and MICR CODE.
    Requested to correct bank address and MICR CODE.

      I have deposited a cheque of Rs 13000 in favour of Karvy on dt 11 6 19 in ICICI bank
      After a query from bank staff I found cheque is cleared and same amount was deducted from my bank of Baroda account, but my demat portfolio has not been updated till date and I found that some stocks have been deducted from my demat portfolio, although I have paid amount as much required by team Karvy
      Please check payment status from your side and inform me as soon as possible.

        Karvy service is worst in Buxar(Bihar) very rude and unfrienfly staff are deputed there, even they had not updated my KYC which i submitted 20 days ago.Butcstaff of karvy is not willibg to provide any service to customer ther are seeing their mobile every time, ther are not even listnibg to the customer complaint neither they are interseted to provide any service to if.Alll customers are very rude and undriendly.

            I had sent 104 shares of ril for deletion of second name as the second person is no more. Its been six months post . I have not received shares or any communication from karvy. Along with these shares I had sent some more shares of rel capital reliance energy all have been sent with document forms but apparently only reliance industries shares has not been received.
            I have written to karvy and emailed them 100 times but a computer generated statement is all what comes from there no clue no answer about shares sent.
            I have filed a police complaint in local town against loss of shares anyone doing transaction in those shares would be legally responsible.

            I feel shareholders of reliance shud switch to better companies as they are not bothered about there small shareholders and pathetic investor services . tall and bold claims at international levels don't suffice the actual nature of this companies working . pathetic way of management . we are also working towards having shares in demat form if we have shares in physical form there must be some problem at your end solving them due to bar Mr mukesh ambani

                  Dear sirs,

                  With my humble submission, i hereby want to bring the following things to your kind attention. Kindly spare a few moments to understand our problem pending with your office since last two years. Needless to say that both o[censored]s (Me & my brother) are senior citizens and are not able to follow up with you the case aggressively and often.

                  My brother ajay dhar wanted to transfer 36 shares of reliance industries to me and accordingly i sent two share certificates of 18 shares each to your office together with duly filled transfer form on 21-june-2017 which you acknowledged by your mail dated 28-june-2017.

                  Since there were some signature mismatch problem, the certificates were returned by you some where around october 2017.

                  The corrected new form, together with share certificates were again sent to your office for transfer on 21-aug-2018.

                  Finally the said shares were transferred to my name on 29-oct-2018 vide your letter no:[protected] dated[protected]. So far so good.

                  In the meantime on 19-sep-2017, reliance industries ltd issued 1:1 bonus shares. These bonus shares have neither been allotted to my brother ajay dhar, the erstwhile owner of the shares nor to me, the new owner.

                  In this regard there has been a lot of correspondence done by my brother with your office but of no avail. Copies of these correspondence are being attached with this mail.

                  To cut the story short, if i am not eligible to receive the bonus shares as the transfer took place 29-10-18 and the bonus shares were declared on[protected], the in that case the bonus shares should be issued to my brother ajay dhar. Kindly note that neither my brother ajay dhar nor me have received these bonus shres till now. Kindly note that my bother ajay dhar is not in good health these days and is not able to correspond.

                  Following are the details of share certificates:

                  Original folio #[protected], name: ajay dhar

                  Share certificate # 57582350 distinctive # from [protected] to [protected] 18 shares.

                  Share certificate # 61867884 distinctive # from [protected] to [protected] 18 shares.

                  I therefore request you to please take personal interest in this long pending issue and settle the same at your earliest.

                    Of all the various service providers i have encountered in mumbai or rest of india karvy is the worst.
                    For the past six months i am trying to convert physical shares of reliance industries held by my aged parents to demat form.
                    The process has a lot of red tape and karvy staff seem to work at their own sweet pace.
                    Emails are unanswered for days on end.
                    Drfs are rejected on flimsy grounds.
                    Karvy staff derive some sort of sick pleasure by making people run around for their own hard earned money.
                    Their crm sucks big time and there is no chance your issue will be resolved quickly... It will drag on and on until you get tired of the mental stress and give up in disgust.

                      I k. V. Ramanamma aged of 86 years applied for duplicate share certificates of no baring cfl134566 on 15th feb 2019 by submitting all the required documents like police verification, address change proof with notralised, identification proof etc...
                      But till now no action was taken from your deprtment and saying that the certificates have been sent to the old address where no one o[censored]s are staying. By submitting all the required documents how will you dispatch to the old address..
                      As my age is not supporting me to come over there please resolve my issue and send me the duplicate certificates to the changed address which i already submitted to you

                                      There is still no solution to the complaint.It has atill not been resolved.
                                      My payout amount has still not been credited to my bank account despite repeated attempts daily for the past 10 days now.
                                      The same issue is happening with me and last month I literally done rigourous follow up and staff says they had emailed complain and nit received any reply. They also dint know what to reply.

                                      Now also my payout is pending since last week and again same problem. My account is A45023048

                                      It seems Karvy is facing finance problem and using our funds. Now i will really have to transfer my account to other.
