Of all the various service providers i have encountered in mumbai or rest of india karvy is the worst.
For the past six months i am trying to convert physical shares of reliance industries held by my aged parents to demat form.
The process has a lot of red tape and karvy staff seem to work at their own sweet pace.
Emails are unanswered for days on end.
Drfs are rejected on flimsy grounds.

I k. V. Ramanamma aged of 86 years applied for duplicate share certificates of no baring cfl134566 on 15th feb 2019 by submitting all the required documents like police verification, address change proof with notralised, identification proof etc...
But till now no action was taken from your deprtment and saying that the certificates have been sent to the old address where no one o[censored]s are staying. By submitting all the required documents...

Am holding a depository account with m/s karvy bearing dp id - in300394 client id 18714449.

The officials visited to our office for collection of documents and rs 1 lakh cheque
The account got opened and rs 1 lakh was credit
But till date i have not got my dis booklet
On asking it was told that it is chargable for rs 100 but on

But i m unable to continue this sip so please stop and close this sip

Since last 1 week im daily giving payout request. But the payout request is not getting processed to my bank account, and the amount gets credited back to my karvy stock broking account in place of my bank account.
What kind of low standard services is karvy providing?
This is really frustrating and very unprofessional service.

I had made a payout of rs 1843 on 3rd may morning time and i didn't got payout till now. I am trying to contact them but they are not replying. Even they charged too much brokerage after that they are not trustworthy. Fraud company fraud peoples. On 30 april i deposited 4000 amout for trail basis and i got a loss of rs 1630, rs 429 brokerage which is too much higher banknifty. Total 2059 amout was deducted after that i have 1943 in my demat...

For folio no[protected], ril 16 shares under name of sudhirkumar lilabhai patel, i did not received any dividend since 1997.
While requesting address change, itbwas found signature mismatch.
So kindly advice me to process address change and signature change.

How ever the address in the document and the update request is
