I have submitted registered rent agreement. I don't understand why my address updation request is getting rejected

    Dear Sir,

    My mother (Ms. Mercy Abraham) had subscribed to the HUDCO Tax free Bonds 2013-14 tranche for a total value of INR. 10, 00, 000/-. She has been receiving interest to the tune of Rs. 87, 600 for the last five years on 25th October with no issues.

    We have however not received the interest for the year FY 2018-19 which was supposed to be paid on October 25, 2018. I have written multiple times to the customer care of karvy with no avail. The file was transferred to a person named Avila Kadam. However, I have not been getting any helpful information from this person.

    I was informed that the interest was sent to the registered home address. But when I inquired with the postal authority, they have informed me that the interest DD was sent back to karvy. I have intimated this information to Avila Kadam but with no help.

    It has been two months since the interest turned due and we still don't know what to do. Kindly help.

        I had send my original share certificate on 18th aug 2018, of jindal vijayanagar steel old folio no - jvs1178809 and jvs1180905 holding qty 400 shares, which is merged with jsw steel. Till date i am not getting any reply from your side. My humble request is send the new certificate on the basis of merger ratio immediately.
        Deadline is given by sebi for dematerlisation of share from physical.

          Hi,

          I submitted aadhaar address update request online, two times but it got rejected both times with the reason mentioning :

          "your request 0000/00549/14630 has been rejected due to : data mismatch in document and update request"

          I provided bank statement as the proof of address. It mentions exactly the same address as was mentioned in the update request. Why was it rejected then?

          Request you to kindly look into this at the earliest.

          I have also emailed to kfpl. [protected]@karvy.com regarding this and shared aadhaar number in the email as well.

              1. IDBI Equity Certificate No: 2606690 Folio No: IDB0502936(Existing), IDB009021(Old) was submitted on 16/11/2018.
              2. Rejection of Demat of the said certificate was received on 26/12/2019 (40 days)
              3. Reason for Rejection is Signature Mismatch.
              4. The said equity originally was on Joint Holder viz. Venu Goyal & Sharda Goyal
              5. Due process was followed to transmit the name of Venu Goyal.
              6. Currently the certificate stands in the name of single holder viz Sharda Goyal with folio no: as IDB0502936(Existing)
              7. The covering note of the rejection mentions old Folio No IDB009021(Old) and Joint Holder's Name. WHY???
              8. As per my understanding the person who was executing DMAT has wrongly considered the old folio no: and did not care to see back of the certificate which mentions sole holder i.e SHARDA GOYAL
              9. Isn't this fault of the executive who was incharge for DMAT of the said shares. As it is 40 days has passed for this one process and another 40 days would take to process the same again?
              10. Who is liable for the loss"
              11. Contacting Karvy Customer Care is a pain. It takes hell of pain to get them connected and if lucky the attending executive puts on hold for 25 mins and then disconnects.
              12. I strongly lodge complaint against the carelessness and non supportive attitude of customer care Centre.

                        I am a holder of rec infra bond and i have some queries regarding my bonds. I am trying to call [protected]/82/83. Nobody is taking my call.. Today[protected], i called around 20-25 times. Even though phone is ringing nobody cares to pick the call. Also i found the number to be busy few times. The same thing i experienced last year and also this year as well. What a pathetic group of people employed here!!!

However till today there has been no response on the same. I have filed multiple letters and emails to karvy since july 2018 in the matter and the only response i have received is an email stating they are looking in to the matter. Is there any agency which governs such rta? How do i file my complain or proceed for a legal action in the matter? I want you to register a complain too.

                              My name is alok kumar gautam and i am one of your previous employee. I worked for yesbank (Chennai) as on the karvy payroll and my emp. Id is 90990. Sir from past 1year i complaint several times to my hr mr. Anand then mr ganesh and now mr balaji for my pf number and uan number but every time but no one is providing my uan number and my pf number. For every time they asked me to provide the aadhaar numer i submitted the same but till now my pf and uan number is not provided to me. Kindly look in this and do the needful.

                                I mr. Ravindra p v, had sent courirer through dtdc from bangalore, on 26/10/2018 with consignmnent number, b57885162. It had cancelled cheques, cml copy, old address proof, request for change of signature etc;i want to change my physical shares to digital. But till today no response has come. Whether they received my courier or not i am not shared. Till the time i did not send perfect documents they were communicating. Once all perfect documents were sent, they stopped communication. Pls help, as i stay at bangalore and there office is at gachiboli, hyderabad.

                                My mail ID was rerecorded in your database as [protected]@gmail.com. But my actual mail ID is [protected]@ymail.com. My client ID is 6251192. Kindly update the same. I have contacted so many times. But no use with khammam, Telangana team. I have contacted mr. Kiran from khammam branch. Sent application also but no use. Every time he says I'm busy.
