I would like to bring to your notice that i haven't been intimated or given any consent for trading of shares done on my account after 22nd nov18.

I would request karvy to clarify on the trading done on each case after 22nd nov18 & before 14th dec18 as i had already intimated the local office at visakhapatnam not to trade further with immediate effect.
I would like to be intimated & consent taken on any further transactions post above clarification only.
Expecting your good office to guide & oblige a senior citizen (Mr. Gour das mohanty) who has been associated with karvy since 20 yrs.

    Hello i have submitted my shares in nirmal bang sec to do demat. And nirmal bang has sended my shares to karvy it been 80 days karvy is not replying to mails nor doing demat of my shares. I have been continuosly follwing up to finolex inds and karvy but it is of no use. Karvy is no 1 cheater. Sebi should band karvy from market. They have no ethics. They are just troubling investors.

      Folio no. N 0010175. Transfer of shares were not effected even after submission of all the requisite documents as mentioned / required. My father (The fist holder) expired on 23rd november 2006 and i am the second joint holder. The documents were returned 4 times for reasons best known to them. Unnecessary expenditure towards notary, photocopy, postal etc., can be avoided, if the staff working in karvy puts in writing at the first instance what and which documents they actually need, instead of returning each and every time asking one or other document. I first submitted documents on[protected] visiting to office, which were accepted and acknowledged. At that time too, they have not informed the required documents. M/s karvy has returned the above, on[protected] asking some documents, which i have sent on[protected]Delay because as i was abroad), after getting confirmation through email from mr. Rajeev to do the needful on[protected]In response to my email dated[protected]. Again this lot was returned for reasons best known to them on[protected]. This also, i have resubmitted with all the necessary / required documents on[protected]. The funniest reason this time for return is "to provide colour xerox copy of pan card". I would like to advise that my pan card was obtained when first introduced and it is black n white card.
      Can't karvy do e-kyc of pan card which is available?
      I would like to get reimbursed all the expenses incurred from m/s karvy for improper guidance being given to the investors and troubling the investors. Even when contacted over phone on their toll free no., the front office people are not connecting to the back office personnel (Mr. Mallela subramanyam) who takes care of these issues. What is the purpose of having customer care, when the services are so bad and nasty and when the customer could not contact the person who deals with the issue? Now they say the pancard is not clear (Photo annexed). Today when i contacted their toll free no., (Mr. Basha) and asked for ceo or grievances cell no and email, they say they are not aware and to talk properly. Is asking the ceo or grievance cell no. For lodging complaint is improper?
      Is this the way an organisation functions? Troubling investors purposely by returning documents without mentioning the requisite documents at one go. I would like to request the indian consumer complaints forum to arrange for reimbursement of all the expenses incurred in this regard from m/s karvy and to see that the transfer of shares are effected.

        This is to inform you that i had following physical shares

        Reliance capital ltd - 4nos
        Reliance infrastructure ltd -7nos
        Reliance power ltd - 23nos
        Reliance industries ltd - 190

        I had submitted all the shares of 4 industries together on 8th october for dematerlization shares of three industries were dematerlized while the share of reliance industries was rejected on the grounds of signature mismatch
        I fail to understand how can shares of only reliance industries be rejected when shares are submitted by the same person on same date and time and having identical proofs

        The details of reliance shares that were rejected are

            We had lodged 200shares of spicejet 2months back a letter was sent to transferee for permission to transfer shares. On telephonic discussion with the karvt front desk i was told that a trasferor number has been generated and shares would be sent aftwr transfer in one week (Already more than two months) but today when i called to ask they say they have no trasfer number and i have received no intimations from them regarding any ovjection. I hope karvy is not another sharepro in making

              I have submitted self-attested credit card statement having the correct address - i don't understand why my address updation request is getting rejected.

                  I hold 1600 reliance industries shares. I have the 200 original in physical form but not thes 1400 bonus shares. These may have been sent to my old address. Despite repeated emails, phone calls the staff have failed to send me procedure/forms to me. Every time i reach them by phone i am promised that they will e mail but nothing happens. The phone service is extremely poor - you have to dial every hour in the day and you would be lucky to get through once.

                    My parents have misplaced original Share certificate in Physical form of Reliance Industries.
                    The bonus shares has been converted into demat form by submission of DRF along with bonus share certificates.
                    But conversion of original shares is still pending

                    I have sent a mail (+reminder mail) to [protected]@karvy.com as to what is the procedure to be followed in this case.
                    But Karvy staff have failed to respond or even acknowledge the mail.

                      Hi,

                      We have send reminder to karvy but they least bother to respond to the query.

                      We have sent hul shares for demat they rejected on basis that certificates not received within 30 days. Dp provider documents with the status that karvy received well within 30 days. Now karvy not responding my emails.

                      I have to escalate this if my query is not addressed

                        Your Surat ring road branch is worst ever .I had redeem my MF of JM financial they said they have courier my cheque since it's been 2 months I have not received yet..When I call them they give excuse that it is with courier company or sometimes they even don't response...request u to resolve my issue ASAP

                          One of your karvy's representative employees, posed as a wealth advisor and convinced me to invest in a syndicated loan scheme with bharat hi-tech builders, the repayment together with interest was due on 22 nov 2016.

                          I paid an upfront fee (Brokerage/advisory fee) to karvy private wealth, who promised to safeguard consumer interests, now the borrower has defaulted and karvy refuses to respond to my calls, pleas, requests and emails.

                          For over two years i have tried to get in touch with people at bharat as well as karvy, but in vain. They are so rude, unprofessional and discourteous that wont even pick up the phone.

                          Please guide me on the next steps to recover my money which has now been overdue for more than two years!

                                I have requested address updation in aadhaar using ssup portal.

                                Got the following message:

                                Your request 0000/00545/61339 has been rejected due to: invalid documents. Please resubmit correct request or visit the nearest aadhaar kendra for updates.

                                I have submitted registered rent agreement. I don't understand why my address updation request has been rejected. Kindly rectify the error.

                                  Hi,
                                  Iam krishnakanth N and I have shares of HIND ZINC and they declared dividend as on 31/10/2018. I have not received them to my bank account.
                                  I was trying to reach Karvy through multiple means/multiple phone numbers but none of them even lift the phone call. Even if someone lifts, they transfer to someone and then no response. I spent close to 6 hours in the last 10 days reaching.

                                      I had received your mail before 5 month and you have not resolved my query till now. I had a many called on your customer care and helpline number but there i not get any response.

                                      Please help me and tell solution for duplicate share certificate. I told you I have received miss calculation share certificate. I am waiting for your response ASAP
