Ref [protected] (Additional puchase mf indiabulls liquid fund)
Have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails and everytime am told to wait for few days and few days later nothing happens. Am forced to call again. I want refund. This is harrasment. Stretch it so much that customer forgets?? Been 20 days already!! I cannot even get a response from karvy!

    I have submitted registered rent agreement. I don't understand why my address updation request is getting rejected

      Telecaller named sandeep called me from hyderabad office and i denied to make any transaction from my trading account held in karvy (Client i'd 2792187),

      I am shocked by receiving alert for my trading account that he make n number o[censored]nauthorized transaction from my account and sold my savings on 29/11/2018

      I need the explanation why he make unauthorized transaction, and who will return the stocks (Indusind bank) sold without my permission

        Dear team,

        I was an employee of karvy - currency department (Kolkata branch). My employee code - 67818.
        My resignation date was august 3, 2018 and last working day was august 18, 2018. My full and final settlement is still pending. I have not received any reliving/experience letter yet.

        I would request to please look into this matter as early as possible.

            Our bank account for the above folio is registered with karvy for dividend credit via ecs. The latest dividend of rs 40/- per share has not been credited to our account. Several emails over the last 4 month have been sent but have not been responded by karvy. A consumer complaint was also raised but karvy gave a false response with a promise to revert and never reverted. The link is provided below with the last complaint. It is really sad to see the level of treatment for the shareholders.

                2 surities are required and surities have to give their detaisl iof Income, employer and IT return detaisl. Wehen we are giving perosnal indemnity and all proofs of our bonafied claimant, why surities are required ? Why one should give their perosnal income details to third party ? It is against :INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.
                I am asking them to accept the application without suritie but they are stuborn on the same.
                If only surities signatures required then it is ok ands reasonable but not income details can be provided to theird party.

                    Sir, we had complaint against karvy on 8th november with the above sited subject and with your intervention, we had received a message from karvy asking for the courier details, which we shared with them the same day and ever since, we have been regularly following up with them and there is no response from them. Further, if we call on their numbers, they do not answer. Such insensitive company allowed to be as underwriters of heavy investments of the innocent people should not be allowed to operate. They are only interested in taking money from the people but are absolutely non responsive when it comes to services. Kindly help us in guiding, how do we resolve this issue.

                    I have already shared these details with your office 2 weeks back and have got a confirmation of the receipt of the complete document set on 17th September 2018. It will be appreciable if you can let us know the status now and do not waste our time any further.
                    My Aadhar address update request is rejected which says "Data mismatch in document and update request". Am not sure how this is validated as it is purchase of new house.

                      Transfer of shares client id 13981255 kindly refer your office letter ksbl/dp/transm-prc/1113419 dated 22/10/2018

                      With reference to my mail and your reply mail on the above subject kindly update the status the blue dect art courier no mentioned in the mail does not pertain to r savithri the same has been returned to your office. Sir kindly note that we have received the claim process and the same has been submitted alongwith all the required documents like death certificate, legal heir certificate and indemnity no objection certificate by the legal heirs. (Duly notarised). Sir i would like to mention that there is only spouse and only daughter r vidhya of the deceased and hence a noc on stamp paper duly notarised by the advocate along with the transfer or transmission forms has been sent the same has been rejected saying that we have to produce succession certificate sir i would kindly request your good self tomolease reconsider the transfer with the available documents and not insist for succession certificate as she is the only daughter and she has given her consent for transfer by executing a indemnity and no objection certificate for transmission of shares legally. As this case is different considering the claimants i request to olease reconsider and process my application accordingly.

                      Sir inspite of repeated mails i am. Not getting any reply from your end inspite of sending multiple mails i am. Receiving only system generated mail that your case is being looked into and no progress in this regard has been communicated. So request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                      On consulting legal experts, i was advised that the transmission of shares can be done with this since there is only one daughter and no other additional family members a succession certificate is not required it is only required in case there are more than one claimant or children. A noc from only daughter would suffice. The same has been sent in view of the above i humbly request you to reconsider the transmission of shares from late k rathinam to r savithri and process the same.

                        I am shiv brat lal holding pan card aavpl0682q and trading account no 362112 at your sultanpur (Up) office.
                        Since i was away so i did not do any tarding business.

                        Recently one madam mrinal from karvy hyderabd started calling me and in good faith i also told her to do business she told me that she will do trading and asked me to submit dis at sultanpur.

                        I did so.

                        Now some penalties has been imposed on my account and i have to bear losses.
                        When asked mrinal mam, she says mr aditya from sultanpur did punch the dis in time.

                        Aditya says here is no dp.

                        Mrinal says that she was not knowing and when asked as then did the business, she says it was instruction form top.

                        Sir due communication gap between staff of same establishment poor client has to bear loses.

                        Why sir, what is my fault.

                        If mrinal was calling she should have been updated properly.

                        Now kindly compensate my looses and ask these employees as why they are so negligent for their clients.

                        I am with karvy right from origination.

                        Finally due to improper treatment given i wanted to giveup the karvy.

                        Kindly compensate my looses and adise as how to close my account without going to ksbl sultanpur.

                          I am holding physical share certificates of reliance industries limited, farm enterprises limited, reliance enterprises limited etc.

                          I had written email to karvy computershare limited, hyderabad on 31.10.2018 for guiding me on change of company name, merger of companies etc. Such that i can get the physical share certificates of the company which is currently valid. This i intend to do it before 5.12.2018.

                          There is no response from karvy after 15 days. Upon calling them they say we are very busy - will respond when your turn will come. We get 1000 emails in a day..

                          I am not knowledgeable about shares. What to do? Where to approach to get solution?

                          As per Team Karvy's advice I wrote email to kcpl.[protected]@karvy.com with details of my shares on 16.11.2018. Even after 4 days there is no response from M/s Karvy!! I am puzzled by the adamancy by "Karvy"!!

                          I don't know what is the time limit of "shortly" as indicated by them??

                            I had purchased shares of reliance capital ventures and other reliance subsidiaries and had the shares in physical form,
                            I had the shares in a joint account format where my father was the joint account holder, but, recently my father passed away and i sent all my share certificated to karvy headquarters in hyderabad on 5-10-18 and also received the acknowledgement of delivery receipt by 8-10-18 by the courier service.
                            Till now i have not received my share certificates by changed name and i require it urgently as i also have to start the procedure of converting my physical shares into demat account.
                            People at karvy are giving dull responses and delaying my application unnecessarily.

                              Me bought this bond on 1992 for 2700Rs.
                              I want encash the amount now and I tried customer care, they redirected to so many direction but nothing would help me.Also tried sending email to Karvy mail id. But no proper response on this too.

                              Please help me to encash amount.

Nirmal garg as joint name for the above certificates.

                                This is far from truth and i totally emphasize that i am the sole owner of the certificates attached and hence requesting you to process my application for dematerialization for my demat account no : 71376365.

                                I have not been able to reach you through your phone number[protected]. Since it is always busy. Hence this mail to you and further requesting you to process my application at the earliest.

                                I have already mailed you in this regard on 16/oct/2018 and yet to get any response till this date.

                                  With reference to the above compliant, we would like to inform you that the interest amount already credited to your bank account on 15.10.2018 and details pasted below for your ready reference and interest pay from 16.10.2017 to 14.10.2018 ( No_Of_days : 364 only) and next interest payment from 15.10.2018 to 14.10.2019 will be paid on 15.10.2019.

                                  For SL No. 1 & 2 aggregate face value amount of over ` 10 lakhs, then the coupon rate applicable to such Category

                                  #In pursuance of CBDT Notification and for avoidance of doubts, it is clarified as under:

                                  a. The coupon rates indicated under Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB shall be payable only on the Portion of Bonds allotted to Category IV in the Issue. Such coupon is payable only if on the Record Date for payment of interest, the Bonds are held by investors falling under Category IV.
                                  b. In case the Bonds allotted against Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB are transferred by Category IV to Category I, Category II and/or Category III, the coupon rate on such Bonds shall stand at par with coupon rate applicable on Tranche I Series IA and Tranche I Series IIA respectively.
                                  c. If the Bonds allotted against Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB are sold/ transferred by the Category IV to investor(s) who fall under the Category IV as on the Record Date for payment of interest, then the coupon rates on such Bonds shall remain unchanged;
                                  d. Bonds allotted against Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB shall continue to carry the specified coupon rate if on the Record Date for payment of interest, such Bonds are held by investors falling under Category IV;
                                  e. If on any Record Date, the original Category IV allotee(s)/ transferee(s) hold the Bonds under Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB for an aggregate face value amount of over ` 10 lakhs, then the coupon rate applicable to such Category IV allottee(s)/transferee(s) on Bonds under Tranche I Series IB and Tranche I Series IIB shall stand at par with coupon rate applicable on Tranche I Series IA and Tranche I Series IIA respectively;
                                  f. Bonds allotted under Tranche I Series IA and Tranche I Series IIA shall carry coupon rates indicated above till the respective maturity of Bonds irrespective of Category of holder(s) of such Bonds;
                                  g. For the purpose of classification and verification of status of the Category IV of Bondholders, the aggregate face value of Bonds held by the Bondholders in all the Series of Bonds, allotted under the relevant Tranche Issue shall be clubbed and taken together on the basis of PAN.

                                  The Company would allot Tranche I Series IA/IB Bonds (depending upon the category of Applicant) to all valid applications, wherein the applicants have not indicated their choice of the relevant series of Bonds in their Application Form.

                                    Service is very bad, they have take biometrics and submitted aadhar details, its been 30 days nothing happened. When we call to head office of karvy, they told that biometrics are rejected. What a trash of service they haven't updated the status unless we call them and ask. It's a pathetic service.

                                    Karvy customer support service is not reliable and properly not given justification on the matter of mobile/email update.

                                      I updated my adhaar address more than 5 times. But i always get transliteration error everytime. I don't know what is the error. I tried all google input extensions and different way of translations but no success. So karvy i request you to provide me the correct translated address in tamil for the below address.
