No response from Karvy on the 100 shares of RIL Certificate that I submitted in Oct 2019 for dematerialisation.

Have been following up with Karvy to return my RIL share certificate to get it dematerialised through another stock broker but no response. I don't know who to contact for this issue nor have any email address to which I can escalate my complain.

My half of the shares is not transferred to another demat account which i have opened in Motilal Oswal as per karvy employee advise. now they are saying its in pool account and ill get it. but till now my almost 3.5 lakhs share is not transffered and now karvy employee or company is not responding. Please help

My share holding is as per attached / uploaded ( Annexure I).
Two of my shares viz. Reliance Industries Ltd and HCl Technogies Ltd are not transfferd by the firm M/S Karvy Stock Broking Ltd.

I have a Demat and trading account with Karvy Stock Broking. My DP Client ID is IN[protected]. I got my shares transfered to IIFL but there all shares were not got transfered. Karvy still has my Following shares with them in Karvy Pool Account. Titan Industries - 30 Shares; The Tinplate Company - 30 shares ; Mahindra & Mahindra - 12 Shares.

I want the transfer of these pending shares in my IIFL Account ASAP

I want encash the amount now and i tried customer care, they redirected to so many direction but nothing would help me.I also visited the Karvy office but they are also Redirecting .Also tried sending email to karvy mail id. But no proper response on this too.

Please help me to encash amount.

I had a demat account vide DPID: IN300394 / Client ID: 19202899 in the name of SUMAN AGARWAL. I had 100 shares of CASTROL iNDIA LIMITED (ISIN: INE172A01027) and 23 share of ICICI BANK LIMITED (ISIN: INE090A01021) which where in the POOL account of KARVY under type BEN. I have yet not received the above mentioned shares in my NEW Demat account with ABML.

I am thanusha. Worked as an employee at karvy from the period November 12 /2018 to March 5/2020..bearing with employee id 1033517..i worked for Punjab national Bank process, madhapur branch.. Our manager was mahesh mandal... As process was ramp down so as I got opportunity in another organization thus PNB process accepted my spot release... Requesting you to help me out with the relieving letter on priority basis as I need to submit to my superior.

I have also complained to SEBI and scores but they advised me to contact to karvy only.
No solution and no redressal.
Pl take the matter and advise me accordingly.

Two of the scripts from KARVY hasn't been transferred to IIFL or AXIS-DIRECT. Those two were in KARVY trading account. Whatever are there in DEMAT account, I have got them transferred to ZERODHA account. I have attached file about the two scripts which I'm not find anywhere in any of the DEMAT account.

Tata steel shares 50 qty purchased through Karvy were held in pool & never transferred to my account with Client Code: 4293244,
DP:[protected].
Since Karvy has been barred by SEBI, how do I get the shares transferred to other demat account?...

My full and final settlement is due with karvy for more than one year now. They sent the mail but never sent the amount.
Please resolve the issue.

It is submitted that I Dr. Anjali Chauhan went to confirm about the procedure to withdraw the matured IDFC bond that I had invested through my dmat opened by karvy.
the staff at karvy office, khalini, shimla, HP, mr naresh thakur, that is the name I overheard, as he did not tell his name to me misbehaved.
he did not help me in any form, and said that I have no idea about this with drawl. when I requested to consult him with his seniors he gave me the number of a staff of karvy office, UP, [protected] and asked me to call infront of him. The man who picked the phone was given all the details of my bond and he said that I have checked, the money has been transffered in your SBI account in April this year.
I checked and there was no transfer. I informed Naresh about this he said, madam forget about it. I have no idea . you call him again. in the mean time the staff at up had spoken to naresh. when i called tyhe up staff agein he screamed and said why are you disturbing me madam? it is the job of naresh to explain.
the talk was done on speaker. when naresh was asked to explain, he started screaming and said I have so much work o do and I am not here to look into your matter.

To my best decision I left the place.

this is an unfortunate experience and it seemed as if karvy is not interested in returning the amount of the customer. Please ensure that such employees are not put in public dealing by your company.
a man who can behave like this with a lady and a gazzetted doctor can be very offensive to anyone.

a reputed company like you should take action please.
