I am aashish kumar jaiswal and applied for pan card through karvy nirala nagar branch, acknowledgement number is n-[protected].
I am unable to get its status and the helpline number of this branch are unresponsive so i am facing a problem in opening my salary account.
Kindly resolve it as soon as possible so that i can open my salary account with my pan.

      My application specifically stated that i would not like to avail of the buy-back facility. However karvy wrongly processed the application as a redemption request and the bonds were redeemed when the offer for buyback was not accepted by me.

      In spite of repeated emails, the standard response received by me has been that bonds are redeemed and details of credit to bank account are given.

      No further details have been forthcoming.

          I had have a a/c with karvy stock broking at chandigarh and my a/c no. Is 284912. I have been dealing with the stock broking company for quite some time but after feb. 2006 i had to suspend the dealing because of some operational problems. There is outstanding balance of rs. 782/- pending since feb. 2006. Despite repeated verbal requests the firm has not released the balance outstanding with the company.

          Therefore, i would request kindly to release the balance payment of rs. 782/-along with interest @ 18%pa immediate as already it is too late.

                Maturity amount of my idfc bond has wrongly been credited to somebody else's account due to your mistake.
                Nothing has been done to credit the maturity amount to my account till date and no action has been taken on my complaint no. 2207728 dated 22.04.2017 which was made more than month back.
                I tried contacting customer care support multiple times with no substantial response from them.

                  I had purchased four bonds of idfc in 2012 throgh my demat account client id 12619195 my trading a/c no. 181146. As the bonds were deposited in my d dmat account, i can not give folio no of the bond. The bonds were to mature in march 2017 but i am yet to receipt the proceeds of the bond. After inquiry from

                          Hi,

                          My father have account in karvy since 2003 but due to low market we stopped trading... But now again we want to start it so i spoke with karvy broker he stated that my dad account is deactivated so we need to submit the document, but till now we did not get any information about the account and its been 4 months that we submit documents for the same, please do check the status and let me know for the same, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                            Dear sir,

                            Reg : infrastructure development finance company [idfc] idfc limited — non receipt of maturity of bonds

                            I have invested 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) in idfc limited – infra bond tranche 2 with application no[protected]Account number folio - ide0232138) in february 2012. The same was opted for buy back in year 2017.

                            When i contacted karvy for buyback in april 2017, they asked me to open demat account and the conversion of physical bond to demat form. So i had opened demat and submitted idfc bond to karvy, yelahanka. After processing the application, i got the message that 4 bonds are in demat, ready to sell. But the statement was showing worth rs. 20, 000.

                            When i asked to sell these bonds, karvy told me that i can get only 20, 000!!!. He told interest part is not added. So i wrote mail to kishore. [protected]@karvy.com, copied [protected]@idfc.com as per idfc customer care suggestion. However sir, the amount was not still released and no one is responding to follow up mails and calls. I regret to note that i have not received amount till date and investee are not replying my mail and phones.

                            I called in investee’s office regarding maturity amount and their executives confirmed that it is another team which takes care of the payment / payment date confirmations.

                              Kindly find the scanned copy of the bond with the beneficiary account no. 1de0004627 in the name of sh. Ramesh kumar garg. The bond stands from the date of 21.03.2012 to 21.03.2017.

                              The bond has matured on 21.03.17. Various telephone calls have been made to the concerned number, i. E., [protected]. At every point of conversation, the assurance was made that the demand draft of the full maturity amount has been made.

                              A telephonic call was made to the hyderabad office where the call executive told me that the demand draft of the maturity amount had been dispatched via the indian post with the consignment id: ex[protected] in; but on tracking the id on the indian post website, tracking status failed.

                              Even after the two months of communication, no fruitful result has been obtained.

                              Please arrange the demand draft with the full maturity amount along with the interest and reply.

                                  I had submitted the dividend warrant no [protected] dt 28 may 2015 drawn vide hdfc bank cheque no 645165 on 10 jan 2017 for revalidation and change of bankers. To this i got the reply to send them the cancelled cheque of my old bank, which i did in feb 17 along with the signature of second acct holder. Almost three months has passed, but i have yet to receive the revalidated cheque or credit in my new acct through ecs

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                    We went to the Karvy Data Management Service Ltd., Megh Malhar Complex, Sector 11, Gandhinagar to get our aadhar card issued, on 07/01/2017 and specially for my father who is a senior citizen and also severely ill. His fingerprints were not recorded and even after insisting many times that they should try again, they were in a hurry and did not budge and told us that the Aadhar card will be issued without doubt.

                                    Fast forward a month and we were notified that the aadhar card has been rejected. My father being bed ridden was not able to go soon after that.

                                    Today, around 2:00 PM we went there and found out that the person registering the card is not present. We found a person named Jatin modi who claimed to be a assistant manager and started talking rudely to my father. We requested them to call the person issuing that when will he arrive, but still we were mistreated and the person Jatin modi was extremely rude, after which followed a heated argument.

                                    We left the place and will apply somewhere else.

                                    Our question being if KARVY is not able to handle clients for issuing aadhar card why do they work, plus mistreating a senior citizen also is not tolerable.
                                    We told them we will complaint and the person told us to do whatever possible, but nothing will happen to us.

                                    We would like to get a inquiry made and strict action being imposed on Jatin modi for not treating a senior citizen.

As per Aadhaar software / application given by UIDAI, the operator had tried all the options and got the fingerprints captured in the system at his level best and uploaded the data to UIDAI for generation of Aadhaar number generation. Here the upload file (called as ''packet'') was rejected by UIDAI System due to some technical issue which is not related to the biometrics captured.

                                    In case of such rejections, the resident has to go for re-enrolment at any Aadhaar Center. We are ready to provide you prior appointment for re-enrolment as a special case, hence please let us know your convenient date & time at[protected] / [protected]@karvy.com.

                                        I have made several request to karvy to transfer stocks from pool/trading account to my demat account. I already cleared dues to dp. I have also made several request to activate auto transfer for this purpose but it became shouting before a person who pretends as dumb.
