Dear sir/madam, i would like to bring to your notice that idbi account holder mr. Puran chandra joshi purchased a bond certificate in year 1997. My present redemption value including interest will be around rs.20000/-plus per each bond. Also i have send all the necessary required documents to hyderabad head office, but still no action was taken for refunding money. So, i wish that you would quickly take actions regarding refunding of money....

I had submitted the dividend warrant no [protected] dt 28 may 2015 drawn vide hdfc bank cheque no 645165 on 10 jan 2017 for revalidation and change of bankers. To this i got the reply to send them the cancelled cheque of my old bank, which i did in feb 17 along with the signature of second acct holder. We went to the Karvy Data Management Service Ltd., Megh Malhar Complex, Sector 11, Gandhinagar to get our aadhar card issued, on 07/01/2017 and specially for my father who is a senior citizen and also severely ill. His fingerprints were not recorded and even after insisting many times that they should try again, they were in a hurry and did not budge and told us that the Aadhar card will be issued without doubt....

I applied for correction of d. O. B actual is 07 12 1949, pan number aabhc 1227n issued had a wrong date. I applied a month ago with cams centre ludhiana, panjab. I have attached allthe necessary documents supporting my cause.. Huf incororation affidavit. Aadhaar photostat address proof, pan card indidual as huf. My induidual pan is acfps2936j has dob 07/12/1949 as wellas, plese remedy and send me corrected one....

I have made several request to karvy to transfer stocks from pool/trading account to my demat account. I already cleared dues to dp. I have also made several request to activate auto transfer for this purpose but it became shouting before a person who pretends as dumb. It is unknown why karvy is holding stocks in pool account and its intentions?....

I have purchased 4 bonds having certificate no 147096 to 99. Certificate number 37572. I have submitted these original bonds for buyback inthe month of march 2017 after completion of 5 years. Still date i have not received the bond amount. Karvy informed that they will process the bond in the next lot. Even after 2 months they never responded to my emails and refund of money to me...

Without solving you are prolonging the matter, if you continue to do like this I will take all possible legal actions to claim my money back.

Since the charge structure was not given to me, i asked to hold processing cheque.

But karvy went ahead and processed the cheque.

Now i asked for the refund and can cell the application, they deduct 5 percent.

It is unfortunate that no buyback amount of IDFC Bonds has been paid to me even after more than ten days since they have received the documents at Karvy Computershare Private Limited, , Madhapur, Hyderabad.More annoying is that they are not receiving any call to Customer Care No.[protected]

My Registered Folio No. is IDE0258977.I want you to take urgent steps to get rid of such fuss.
