I am not en cashing the dividends since[protected] on wards. I contacted so many times to Karvy Customer care and E-mail to karvy. I submitted Rs.20/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper written indemnity bond to karvy office long back but I am not getting my Dividend till now. Latest CML copy, Pan card copy, Indemnity bond scanned copies and hard copies forwarded to karvy office....

I have some share of ICIC Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd which i receive by applying IPO . I have my demat A/C in HDFC Bank through which i perform my trading . I raised my concern to the bank in which they replied
"Corporate Actions like splitting of shares /buy back offer/ disbursement of bonus / dividend etc. are executed by the respective company / registrar & transfer agent in coordination with the depository (NSDL / CDSL)....

I have large number of share holdings whereas demat a/c of karvy shows i hold nothing.

I have made mulitple compliants thorugh mail and through their call centres.

Call centres standard reply " Its a technical problem, well come back in 15 min." Nobody ever calls back.

Mail is even worse...

Hello guys, I am very badly to inform that karvy is one of the big finance sector but in gachibowli branch is very bad experience for me, recently I am attended the interview min to 15 days every day they hr people say no you can attend the tomorrow each day they will take 1 round and next round I should be wait of min 12 to 24 hours this the way of interviews. I have not received the payment of these shares yet.
I contacted icicidirect customer care and they replied saying i need to contact registrar at karvy. I have been trying to contact karvy computershare pvt. Ltd but didn't get connected.

This is regarding my kyc application for pan card number arqpn5851k, which was submitted on july 3rd. It is yet to be approved and is shown as "under process - new kyc" since 06 august.

Kindly let me know how many more days it would take to complete the process since it has already been over two months that i am waiting for kyc approval of my pan card....

I had purchased 4(four)nos. of infrastructure bonds as above for Rs 20, 000/ in Feb, [protected]@Rs5, 000/- per Bond from Sambalpur, Orissa, the buyback date being 22-02-16 vide RL No. 391179-B, Ref.No. 763332, Application No.25089016.My DP ID is IN 300214.
The buyback amount per Bond being Rs.7, 350/-, the redemption value of the bonds
works out to Rs.29, 400/as on 22.02.16.As per Karvy's norms and guidelines, since bonds were held...

Want to redeem units of folio No.[protected].Accordingly request sent through mail (investor.[protected]@fidelity.co.in) but every time got message failure.
Since you are broker in the said fund hence arrange to do the needful at the earliest. These units were of amount of Rs.15000/- each in the name of Prateek Arora and broker was Karvy Stock Broking Ltd....

Karvy share trading company put my shares – Bharat Financials 10 shares, Icici bank 10 shares, Goa Carbon 100 shares in the Auction market. But friends note down I have sold them from my Dp balance which was showing in my DP Balance of shares. I have not sold them as short sell or any other option. I have done it from my TAB. But after a day they sold them to auction market and make a loss of money. Can any body tell me how can I fight...
