My Karvy DPID is IN300394 and client ID is15074805 and I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have lodged a complaint in Karvy Pondicherry on 20.09.2016 regarding correction of wrongly allotted tenure in the Nabard and IRFC tax free bonds taken through Karvy computer share. I have applied for a tenure period of ten years and it has been allotted wrongly for fifteen years. The person incharge in Karvy said that they have forwarded my complaint letters to the concerned authorities, in the month of September 2016.
Along with that I have personally mailed the complaints to the grievance officers in Nabard and IRFC on 13.10.2016, for which I got a reply that it is a mistake that happened during bidding and I have to contact the agents through whom I have submitted the cheques.
So I have been contacting the Incharge of Karvy computershare Pondicherry, for the past three months and they are not giving any responsible answer from their side and keep dragging the issue. I have copy of the letter submitted, the mails sent and the replies, but I could not find any provision to attach them here.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as it is already too late for the resolution.

Dear Sir,

We at the outset apologize for the inconvenience caused by virtue of allotment of Bonds in 15 Years as against your application made for 10 Years.

The reason for such allotment, which was due to a error in capturing the details by the broker with whom you have lodged the application for bidding. As per the bidding data received for the allotment was made for 15 years, as per the allotment process we need to allot Bonds based on the data received from the bidding center(s). Kindly take up the matter with broker (i.e SBICAP SECURITIES LTD), where you have lodged the application for necessary resolution.

        I have asked Karvy to close my demat account. The latest request was submitted on 3rd Jan 2017 and this has been going on for some time.
        Karvy has not taken any action nor has advised when the account will be closed. This is NOT an isolated incident because through all channels Karvy is exceptionally difficult to work with.

        the Client ID of the account that I wished to be closed is 10294197. I wish the account to be closed and the shares transferred as per the form submitted.

        I don't have a copy readily available of the request but can provide if needed. Please help me illicit some response from Karvy.

          Hi, I am following up with karvy since 5th Jan'17 (that is when they received by first set of documents for redemption) but till date they are keep on saying that they have not received original bond certificate. The Bond Certificate was indeed received by them on 20th Jan(by some Mr.AV Reddy, Bluedart Way Bill#[protected]. I have written no less than 20 emails and would have called them 100's of times.

          I am highly frustrated, please help me get my redemption done.

            Friends I mailed my dematerialisation request form to these guys for dematting my Ultratech Shares.I am in urgent need of money so was expecting a faster processing from their end, but these hopeless poor guys have not even confirmed the receival of the docs even after 10 days of delivery!

                A) In case the bonds are held in physical form, the following documents are required to be sent:-
                a) Duly filled in and signed Buyback Option Form
                b) Original bond certificate duly discharged/ signed on the backside of the bond certificate. (Payment will not be done if original bond certificate is not received)
                c) A cancelled cheque of your bank account having your Name, IFSC-code, MICR-code on it.
                d) In case of change in address- Self-attested address proof. “

                B) In case you are holding bonds in demat form:-
                a) Kindly send only the Duly filled in and signed Buyback Option Form
                b) Please note that your demat account should be active, to enable buyback. Payment will be made to investors, only upon extinguishment of bonds, as per bank details available in your demat account.
                c) In case of change in bank details/ address- Please update the same with your depository participant (DP). Please ensure from your DP that your Demat Account is active.

                As per our records, we did not receive the Buyback Option along with original bond certificate from investor for our further action, since the last date for submission was 11.09.2016, hence as per “Terms of issuance”, due to non-surrender of physical bond certificate / Buyback Option form from the investor(s) within the timeline, the Bonds are not being eligible for buyback by the Company, shall continue for next buyback due on 12.12.2018

                        I have some share of ICIC Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd which i receive by applying IPO . I have my demat A/C in HDFC Bank through which i perform my trading . I raised my concern to the bank in which they replied

                          Greetings of the day .

                          Apropos to your appended e-mail and subject matter, we would like to bring to your notice that the below said bond certificate was purchased by you in the year 1992. In this connection, IDBI invited the call option from all investors by exercising its option to redeem the bonds. Further, communicated through letters and print media also in the year 2002 that call option the redemption amount was Rs.12, 000/- against the investment of Rs.2, 700/- for each bond.                           I applied for Delivery Instruction Book with change of address of details
                          in Oct 2016. The request was send through your chennai Adayar office It is really shocking to note that I have not received any communication the action taken.
                          I have traded more than 30times in last few months, there i found difference in buy/sell stock value compared to transaction report and ledger balance, due to this caused me in huge loss.

                            Buy back/redemption of ifci long term infrastructure bonds - series iii
                            Dear sir,
                            With reference to my email dt. 20.11.16 to einward. [protected]@karvy.com and to [protected]@ifciltd.com, i am in receipt of your email ref. No. Sal/stat/ifca/27702/7905728 dt.: 22/11/2016 informing me that ifci long term infrastructure bonds series iii buy back period for document submission are completed and you are unable to process my request for buyback.in this connection please refer my email dt. 23.11.16 which is self explanatory. For your kind attention once again i wish to inform you that i am a bed ridden patient for the last one and a half year patient with multiple diseases and even unable to move. Recently doctors of apolo hospital has advised me for immediate bye pass surgery costing about 10 lacs which so far could not be done due to funds crisis. Then with the help of my family members and well wishers i have started collecting money from the resources available with us and during this process demonetisation has taken place due to which funds could not be managed and i have to postpone the heart surgery. Moreover as a customarily practise you should have timely sent the prescribed format to the customers for buyback so that they should have timely submitted you and nor any advertisement for submitting the buy back forms etc. Was published in the newspapers in this regard.. I am not a computer savvy person who can write to you emails etc. And download the forms etc.

                            My email dt. 23.11.2016 remains unreplied. For god's sake you are kindly requested to please help me in this critical and crucial time to submit the buy back form to you at the earliest to enable you to process my application for buy back as it will not be possible for me to sell the bonds in the secondary market as the same will be listed after december 2016, otherwise i may wait till buyback/maturity date (12/12/2021, 12/12/2026). My chances for my survival are very rare. Hence once again i earnestly request you to please mail the prescribed form for buyback of ifci long term infrastructure bonds - series iii at my son's email id for which i shall forever remain obliged to you. By sending one buy back form to me and again submitting the same to you is not going to create panic or havoc to you. However ultimate choice or decision is yours.

                              I have large number of share holdings whereas demat a/c of karvy shows i hold nothing.

                              I have made mulitple compliants thorugh mail and through their call centres.

                              Call centres standard reply " Its a technical problem, well come back in 15 min." Nobody ever calls back.

                              Mail is even worse . Nobody ever replies other than the standard automatic mailer.

                              I had a heavy commercial losses due to this and i will sue this company

                              why are you not trying cheap broker.. i am trading with a broker they never charge anything except Rs 9/trade brokrage. There is no any hidden charges. I[censored] like to trade with broker then text me i will give you detail about this broker and service. it is better to trade with cheap broker bcz a lot of profit paid by a trader as brokrage. Trade online with yyour convenience, they never trade without consent. Simply save and trade as well. Mail me contact detail ([protected]@gmail.com) if any problem. Good thing is that for limited time ac opening is free also.. ac will be activated within 48 hrs after reciving the form.

                                  I am writing this complaint on behalf of my father who has been misguided & harassed by karvy computershare pvt ltd, hyderabad since last 8 months. being a senior citizen, he has been struggling by approaching idbi bank (demat account), idfc officials & karvy since last many months for non receipt of redemption warrant of idfc infra bond tranche 2.

                                  My father even couriered reference documents with application letter via india post with tracking id: rg[protected]in on dated: 7th may 2016.

                                  Therefore i have mailed & approached to each authorities - idbi bank, idfc & karvy. i would like to inform you that i have been following up for my father's above concern since date 16/08/2016 with ref: kvr/stat/idfb/207117/7715 after sending them the following required documents via india register post with courier tracking id: rg[protected]in.
                                  1) duly signed request letter
                                  2) cancel cheque
                                  3) self attested pan card
                                  4) 20rs indemnity warrant

                                  It is very sad that i have to even followup with india post, hyderabad - top officials & escalated for getting confirmation (pod) on delivery of the parcel. but then also i was not getting any confirmation & the other side karvy was denying the receipt of the parcel. thereafter i lodge complaint against india post with cpgrams & got the confirmation of delivery. it took me around 1 month for getting confirmation pod.

                                  Then again i replied to karvy for acknowledging the receipt & they at last accepted that they have received the documents & will process it asap on dated:27/09/2016.

                                  Now it has been almost more than 20 days that still no prior action has been taken yet.

                                  I would also like to add & highlight that i have also reported the above concern to sebi score since more than a month, but no action or reply has been received till date.

                                  It is so disappointing that our indian system is so much corrupted & irresponsible & worst of all.

                                    Hello guys, I am very badly to inform that karvy is one of the big finance sector but in gachibowli branch is very bad experience for me, recently I am attended the interview min to 15 days every day they hr people say no you can attend the tomorrow each day they will take 1 round and next round I should be wait of min 12 to 24 hours this the way of interviews. I never seen this type of interview no one HR has a good skills and no responsibility this type of interview they will take. Even water facility is not there so if you want to take Recruitment people so be sincerely and take the interview in same day but here hr people says no madam I call you but they are not calling in single person . interview so many people even hire but people are not getting offer letter what is this rabish, but I am be a fool like a many people if even I have a 9 years experience but who's badly need to job there family this is not a correct way.(so please I request you to don't be take easily but you should immediately review the gachibowli branch and recruit good people )

                                      I have been given wrong information regarding my trading and demat account and my stocks are being liquidated to adjust for unknown charges without any prior communication to me. This has happened several times and they promise to refund the charges but the problem keeps recurring. The executives are not helping and are providing misleading information.
