I shruti mithal residing at meerut (U. P) am a long term investor, i had a demat and trading account with you, trading a/c no.3661347. A new manager mr. Chauhan has been appointed by you for this branch is doing unethical practice for sake of his own motive. As earlier, i mentioned i never opt for any option trading but with the help of mr. Ramakant an another employee of yours, they traped, misguide, betrayed me and owing to that i had a loss of about rs.30, 000/- in the month of april 2016, thru option trading.
The purpose of this complaint is plz check it carefully as it effects the goodwill of the company. As i also switch my account from your co. To stock holding owing to wrong practice of your employees. Kindly let me know, is there any possibility to recover my loss.

    We tried reaching you over the phone to explain the process. The bond certificate bearing no. 131616 for 4 bonds was dispatched to your address on 11.04.2012 vide Rl No. 0046879. We would like to inform that we have not received the certificate undelivered by the postal authorities. We would request you to please check at your end, else we would like to advise you to execute the indemnity as per the specimen document sent to your registered email id. Please execute the same on plain paper and send us the document with request letter duly signed by the bond holder and copy of PAN card to us to proceed further to issue of duplicate bond certificate.

              Dear sir,
              I am a senior citizen (67) and one of fitly senior neurologist of india, investing in dsp mutual fund tax saver scheme and required to upgrade/ making a new kyc certificate from karvy. i did report to karvy office in sector 17, chandigarh and i was dealt by mr sujjan bagga.
              His behavior was rude, non-courteous and he refused to accept my original adahr card and after making lame excuses and holding me for more than half hour accepted my application.
              This is not done; where are we, all at the cost of my waiting patient. we need to be soft, helping and do the right things at least. please look into it and take due action, so that such incidence are not repeated.

                Dear sir,

                This is with reference to the arn - 45673 of late mr prakash bajaj, i am bhawna menghani, wife of late mr prakash bajaj, who was the mutual fund distributor.

                After my husband demise, mrs rani bajaj, (mr prakash’s mother) has become the distributor and i have not been informed about this moreover, she is getting the commission transferred to her account without my knowledge.

                I have full right to know, how mrs rani bajaj, has become the distributor without my knowledge and getting commission transferred to her account, as i am one of the legal heirs of late mr prakash bajaj and i have 50% share in all the assets of my late husband.

                I may bring it to your notice that a succession case is going on with the honourable supreme court (new delhi) for succession certificate and i would request you to cancel her distributorship. till the judgement no payment should be made to her or transferred, as it is against the law when a case is going on in the court, she cannot get/take any benefits without the court permission/knowledge and on the plea of nomination.

                Moreover, i have mailed many times to your customer support department and to ms anita oggu, backened executive for mutual funds brokerage, her email is also mentioned for your reference, anitha. [protected]@karvy.com but she says as she is the nominee we are transferring the commission to her.

                Kindly take action on the same and cancel/stop her distributorship/commission

                Kindly acknowledge and confirm the cancellation of her (mrs rani bajaj) distributorship.

                          Issued two checques karvy stock broking bearing no.579568, dt.29.01.2016 for rs.50, 000/- for puchase of 200 icici bank shares and second cheque bearing no.579566 for rs.37000/- for purchase of 100 suven farma shares and 100 divan finance shares and asked for delivery of the shares with you view to making sale of those shares at a later date. After that went to my home town kakinada, 15days back i went to karvy stock broking ltd. Plot no.6-b, opp. Community hall, shopping complex, motinahar, hyderabad - 500018. And asked mr. Venkatesh, who is incharge of karvy stock broking ltd. Mothi nagar to sell 200 shares of rs.245.30/-per share and 100shares of suven farma at rs.217/- per share. He told that shares are sold and after one week again i went to karvy stock broking ltd, mothinagar, again and again i asked assistant who is working in that branch office to sell 100share of devan housing shares at rs.197/- she said sales have been sold. And i asked them to give cheque for the amount of shares sold, they are avoiding to give cheque. I understand the amount has been missappropriated by them.                             I bought one plot in Prudhvi project in Karvy in 2007. They said plot is nearby Rajiv Gandhi international airport. We made full payment (10.45 lakhs) by 2009. After that we constantly reminded them for registration but they kept giving a new excuse of not doing that. I with my lawyer decided to go to Hyderabad and enquired. After that they did the registry but of some other plot of Rs 3.3 lakhs.

                            Now they claim it is the same plot but it is around 15 km from airport. Also in registry there is no mention of Prudhvi which was in their advertisement. Also there is no development work which they had promised in 2007.

                            They clearly have cheated with us. We will file a case against them and ask for refund. Karvy realty is a big fraud company. They are doing it openly.

                              My DP Id is IN301557 . My name is Parvati Devi. My account is located at Renukoot. I am very sorry to say that I am very very upset with the way your staff behaves. I have been following up to get my demat boklet issued since March 2016 but it very unprofessional of Karvy staff to say that they are not anyways liable to inform about the status of it. I called up at Karvy Hyderabad also several times but again no information was provided. They always said they would call and inform in sometime but none of the time they responded. Its very sad the way they treat their customers. I have my shares blocked in their account I wish to get my Demat booklet as sson as possible so as to get rid of such pathetic broking company.

                                    I have sumbitted kyc updation documents in karvy branch office in thanjavur before 3 months. After 15 days i contacted karvy branch office for kyc updation. Again they asked to submit a kyc fresh for fatca application. I did the same. After one month i contacted the branch office and he replied i sent the documents to head office and they will updated soon. This process goes on for 15 days. One fine morning i argued with the branch office and again he replied to submit a fresh kyc documents. So i again submitted the documents. After one week i contacted the branch and he replied i sent the documents & updated soon. So i contacted karvy customer care via mail. They also replied you please contact branch office and inform to upload the documents. The communication to be done between karvy offices. But the karvy customer care replied me you pl go and contact the branch office to upload the details. I frustrated and conveyed tha same. Then i contacted the branch office he replied as usual. Still my kyc status is still under process for the past 15 days. So i requested all not to transact with karvy for any transactions
