Dear Sir/Madam, My father expired last year on 23.08.2014, and had nominated my mother as nominee, on 21.11.2014, my mother opened new demat account & had submitted all the relevant documents including my father's original death certificate. I was following up till date (06/10/2015), nobody answered about the status, but surprising I received another email asking to resubmit the documents. Branch office were rude & didn't provide any status, head office (in Hyderabad) were even more rude, didn't provided any reasons for the delay other than in the name of procedures. My mother is aged & cannot run-around in these hazzles, and even suggested the head-office to have friendly policies. But they are not at all bothered to provide any services other than their business interests. Kindly let me know how to speed up & make them to follow what consumer is needed when compared to their service & tracking lapses. Awaiting for the response, Sincerely, Narendra (+91-[protected])

    Dear Team, I have made my aadhar card from Karvy Sadar Bazaar branch, Muzaffarnagar. I visited same branch for correction of my mobile number and date of birth but karvy official asked me to pay Rs 50 for details updation. When I asked for charges receipt he said no receipt will be given for this. I complaint the issue to branch manager Mr Ashutosh Sharma but he also said that you have to pay the amount and no receipt will be given for this. I contacted Aadhar Card customer care to confirm the charges but they said no charges applicable for details updation. This Karvy branch is charging irrelevant charges from customer without providing any receipt which is impacting company's image badly. Pls look into the issue and take necessary action.       Hi this is punith, i raised a complaint against the company karvy computershare pvt ltd from two weeks back that they have not paid the salary and after that i got mail from hr dept that i was absconding this that and all but when i sent the proof of my resignation screenshot which i have resigned on week before itself, they asked me to come to the office to talk regarding this and they give me 10 days of time it will sought it out but now its already twelve days is completed there is no call or no msg nothing anyway i know they wont pay, so what i want to tell is those who are working karvy computershare pvt ltd before you apply the resignation please think about your salary how to get and apply which means after taking the salary you apply for the resignation the next day. thank you.

        After raising the complaint in consumer website i got a mail from karvy hr manager pradeepta sahoo in hyderabad, before checking my status he was telling that i was absonding, after when i sent some documets he realised that i gave a intimation to the managers and i applied for the resignation and they have not approved and i waited till 4 to 5 days and still they dint approve and also my salary was not paid like this the conversation went on with me and pradeepta sahoo and he said meet the hr j shridhar in bangalore your problem might be solved, with some hope i went and met the hr manager j shridahar and he also was telling the same old story and at last he asked me to wait for 10 to 15 days but he cant promise its hims. anyway i will wait and see for 10 to 15 days and i will see the update what happens.

As per your own admission, you have resigned on 24th March 2014 & worked till 28th March 2014 only, against requirement of 60 days’ notice period. Please note that as per your service contract you were required to serve 60 days’ notice to ensure proper charge hand over & to ensure business does not suffer. Please note that, you are liable to pay the company salary in lieu of short fall of notice period of 60 days & this amount is much more than the salary for the number of days you worked in March 2014. We would advise the actual amount payable by you to the company in the coming week. This is apart from you being liable for appropriate action for Breach of service contract. Moreover, it is you who miserably failed to adhere to the policies of the Company which was binding upon you by virtue of executed document. We would advise you to desist from putting wrong allegations and defamatory remarks against the Company in the public forums, failing which we would be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you.         This company (karvy nanakramguda) does not deserve 1star rating also because of few HR's and manager
        They did not pay 1month salary, we asked them so many times but they are saying to wait 1week, 10days. But we dint got any positive response from karvy.

            Karvy client id is 404853 I m holding an account in karvy.but the brokerage charge has been increased suddenly .when i saw brokerage charges iam shocked previously my brokerage charge of delivery is 0.28p but now it has raised to 4 RUPEES and it has no fixed rate for the buying of share.please look into the matter and same as in intraday.i have losses too much in shares as well as by your brokerage.kindly decrease your brokerage rate or else i would have to switch to other company.please look to the matter and solve as soon as possible.. i have attached a file of change in brokerag(i.e low to high charge).I have complain of this matter to bhopal branch and sagar branch.but they have assured of the steps to be taken but they have looked the matter and not taken any steps to solve the issue.kindly solve this issue. mob: (kindly call and discuss the issue) id no-404853

              My name is punith kumar mk and i was working in karvy computer share ltd as a team leader, and because of some personal problems i was planning to leave the company and i also informed to the hr and reporting manager also, and applied the resignation form in hr portal and they asked me to wait for one week for approval but it never came and after that my salary also made hold they did not pay because they asked me serve for two months notice period i was not able to do so, but one of my coleague even he also left the company without serving the notice period but they paid to him, his name is srikanth but not paid for me and without taking my one month salary l left the company I hate karvy computershare.

                  I have bought DHYANA FINSTOCK on 27 & 28 july 2015 amount has been deducted from my account but does not displaying in my holding . Since then I am contacting Karvy branch office at Shimla but they unable to answer . From the day of my purchase the said stock is hitting lower circuuit, which is a manupulation by operators . The SEBI should take immidiate step against the company and operators . Also it has come to the notice that transactions for the date 27 & 28 july were not executed as per SEBI guidlines as some of the formalities of execution of order are not compleated till the date . So act against the company and operators . This is what the complaint is ...

                      I have demat & trading accounts in Karvy with client IDs A31000191 & A31000192. Over the last month or so I got SMSs & emails of so many transactions in my account & when I tried to know my ledger the branch officials tried to postpone and always kept some stocks pending at the end of the day, so I never know actual ledger but when I came to know about actual ledger in my accounts (30% of original amount) I requested for payout but still they kept on trading without my permission, so I had to contact main Hyderabad branch to arrange for payout and this type o[censored]nauthorized activity. They have arranged for payout but it is now 20% of my original account. I did inform Head office about this about 48 hours ago but they have not even replied to my complaint.

                          I visited yesterday 17.07.2015 at 4PM the carvy center having address Commerce Towers, 2nd Floor, 202, Beside Mahabir Towers, Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand [protected]. Here I had to enroll my daughter for adhar card. I had filled the form, the enrollment center incharge after verifying the filled form & documents, had sent us to the staff responsible for capturing the fingers print and others. This person named Ratan refused to do any thing. He sat at that time idly. It was around 4:20 PM. The center incharge also had requested him to do the capture work. But inspite of doing the work he behaved rudely with us and told that he was not going to work any thing and he had no fear of what I would made complain about his behaviour to his incharge or any authority. I saw that he was supported by other staffs also present at that time there. This have hurt me very much. The main purpose of what I am reporting this to you is that this type of behaviour discourage the normal people to move to avail the government efforts. And since adhar card becomes the necessity of time, they can easily trapped by the Dallals networks. So, I earnestly request you to enquire this incidence. I have the copy of the documents verified by the center incharge. This campus is facilited by CCTV Camera in which whole incidence is surely captured.                               I am holding along with my wife the share certificates listed below:

                              Usually the dividend on the shares is received in the first week of may every year, but this year to this day i havent received any .

                                    I have been forwarding mails since last 20 days about getting the status of my physical shares and for the duplicate share certificate issue. No response from Karvy Computershare. Worst consumer services I have ever seen. Till 10 days back the numbers were working but at present no particular number is working. Numbers mentioned on the site are also fake as the same are not in use.
