Sir,
I have submitted following documents to mr ravi rachuri (Karvy) for closing the account and transfer the holdings to vertes securities ltd:
1. Account closure request form.
1. Updation of demat detailsin trading account.
3. Holdings statement issued ny karvy
4. Photo copy of pan card atfpr 7178e.
5. Client master list.
The said document was submitted on 19th february 2020. They intimated that they did not receive the target cml. Immediately i send copy of said document by e-mail and as no action was noticed from their side i send hard copy of said target cml by speed post on 20th march 2020.
Till this date the transfer of securities have not been done. Also i noticed from your tv news that your channel has taken up the matter with sibi about the customer problems and they have agreed to solve the problem by 31st march 2020.
I have holding worth of rs 3, 53, 000.00 stocks and cash balance of rs 1, 26, 627.20 with karvy.
As zee business is helping the customers, my request is to take up the case with appropriate authorities and help me to resolve the problem.
