Karvy — constant failure on payouts

I am not sure how sincere you guys are for customers but mean it they are your assets and repeated ignoring them may cost you.

Let's come to my point. I have noticed that when ever customer raise a payout request for more than 50k your company have no fund to repay their money.

This is not for the first time, i am noticing it from last one year. First i thought it can be a mistake of an individual but no, let me tell you it is regular feature.

Blady your complaint register no. On site and all communication which you share with public is wrong and i have alreay written a mail to sebi to highlight. Check your no. Of mr. Krishna what is given there. The person who picks the phone on another number is again passing the bug to other people by proving new number and name. The new provided numbers are even not working nobody picks phone calls.

Now think, what is use of all these numbers? What image your customer carry from this kind of disgraceful behavior.

I too working with customer service company and let me tell you it could have cost job of a person in my company.

If you have time than go through several query and mails which i have already sent on your query and service id else i will choose sebi complaint mode in future.
