Updated client master list of our demat account not received despite submission of all papers/documents 5 months back itself. Several mails sent and only ritualistic system generated ack. Is being received without tangible action. Compliance officer will not even pick up our calls. Same is the fate in respect of other phone nos. R. Kanthimathi and v. S. Renganathan
