[Resolved] Karvy — employee's rude and physically aggressive behavior working in betul branch | |||
Today I went to one of the centres of karvy data management services in Betul(M.P.) I went there to update my Aadhar card details because the spelling of my name was wrong in it. I've asked the guy who was setting on front desk that what I will have to do to correct my name in Aadhar. At first he dint payed attention to me because he was talking to his girlfriend on phone. after waiting for 15 minutes he hung up and I have to tell him the whole story again. And he told me that just bring any ID proof and we will correct the mistakes. When I went there again with my ID proof (voter ID) he told me that I will have to fill a form too which I ask him why he dint tell me earlier when first came here. He replied very rudely that you should have asked me. I mean how would I know that there is a form to fill which he dint tell me on first time. Than again I asked where is the form he said we don't have any form now come tomorrow. Than again I went there next day and asked about the form. which he told me we don't have form go to any photocopy centre and bring the form. Again I told him why he is not telling me full process in one go. I got the same reply again the "You should have asked me" and started showing notices which were not even noticeable between several other notices, I just stand there for 10minuts MORE asking to tell me if there is anything else he dint told me about and what else I will have to do is there any other ID proof or form I will have to fill. But he dint replied. At the end he told me a new rule that we will only accept forms from 10:30AM to 12Noon. And you will have to stand in a que form 7AM because we will only take 35 forms in a day. or else you will have to keep coming again and again. I asked what kind of rule is this and showed him the notice pasted in there office which clearly says that "Forms will be accepted till 10:30AM to 5:00PM". Again he replied very rudely that "YAHI RULE HAI TUMKO JO KARNA HAI KAR LO, AUR AB MAI TUMKO YAHA KHADA BHI NAHI RAHNE DUGA" "IT IS THE RULE DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO, AND GET OUT I WILL NOT LET YOU STAND HERE ANYMORE" and than he stand up from his chair to push me out. I also asked the guy for his name so I can complain to a senior but he replied "KYA KAR LEGA BE NIKAL YAHA SE" I want to ask what kind of pathetic service you are providing, recruiting such uneducated, unethical employee's who dont even know how to work or talk to the customers. If karvy dint take any action against it I will go to Consumer court and will lodge complaint against you.
