[Resolved] Karvy — kyc is not updating. | |
Dear sir, I have invested through sip in mirae asset emerging blue chip mutual fund (Folio. No.[protected]) in july 2017. I have submitted normal ckyc application along with this investment through mr rajendra kumar arn -19843 in kanpur office. My ckyc is registered and i received kyc identifier no. [protected]. But my ckyc is not updated in karvykra or camskra still it is showing my previous ekyc (Kyc flag - ekyc with otp). Due to this, i am unable to invest more than 50k as well as physical investment in mutual funds. I have contacted through phone and also mail to karvy kanpur, head office and maire asset but still my problem is not solved. Kindly do the needful to update my ckyc data in place of ekyc. My pan no.
