[Resolved] Karvy — no response to letter

I had written a letter few weeks ago for change of address, about undelivered shares and unclaimed dividend. I also mentioned in the same letter that i want my physical shares to convert to demate since i had recently opened. I got reply after few weeks.

After receiving a letter at my new address, i came to know about undelivered shares. I again wrote a letter and requested them to demate those undelivered shares and physical share which was in possession. I had also sent them canceled cheque for unclaimed dividend.

After waiting for almost 2 months, i tried to call karvy but had no luck. I then went to reliance industries head office and asked staff to speak to karvy and i got email. I feel very unprofessional attitude to ignore client

Updated by Lalit Motla Thank you for your reply. However the issue is not resolved yet. I have a query and trying to call Karvy but no response. You write a email no response. How do you resolve query ? I need to speak to Karvy for some issues but can't get in touch with them.

With reference to the below mail, please arrange to send us the details (name of the company, shares/bonds cert.nos. no. of bonds/shares, name of the shareholder etc.. ) of the Bonds/Equity shares that are in your possession to kcpl.[protected]@karvy.com to enable us verify our records and revert.
